That album's cover is perfectly indicative of the album's sound and the visual idea he was trying to present with the album. It looks like exactly what it is. A 90s soft rock album made with the intention of it to be the soundtrack to a Dreamcast video game. The barcode was a nice touch too, being this was the first album from a major label ever to be available for digital download
