This movie was kind of hamfisted. I feel like the whole mushroom thing felt extremely shoehorned in. I guess because its a PTA movie and PTA movies gotta have weird strained relationships.

so...what direction do you suppose the movie should have gone in? I mean the whole point of the mushroom thing was basically to throw a wrench in the consistently up and down relationship of the main characters which definitely would have gotten stale by the two hour mark. It basically subverted its own plot.
