If you think about it in tiers, it's definitely on the top one, with some other very good company.

Sure one of the top ones, but STGSTV and HCTI, Feels, and Strawberry Jam are all contenders

Personally, I think STG doesn't even come close. HCTI is their best early work, and Sung Tongs should be up there too imo. Feels has a gorgeous aesthetic, and some of their best songs, but I think it has the most weak links in its track list of anything from ST-MPP.
