Not really my genre, but I love the vocals. There's a lot of personality and great harmonies.

There's a lot of atmosphere to this, I generally like your compositions. Next thing to work on is making your mixes less flat, experiment with parallel compression and EQ a bit.

Hey, this is much better than that single. I'm glad you can occasionally turn things down a bit.

My uncle makes me and every other Pete he can find make songs in his basement!

there's one ugly frequency that distracts from the song, as well as some other mixing issues but i like the progressive nature of the track, keep it up.

lots of diversity, and memorable melodies and harmonies! I might purchase.

Cool textures, nostalgic vibes, and nice crisp mixes.

Looking forward to exploring this new release.

This is the most bandcamp looking thing I've seen on here. Regardless, pretty interesting song, just not my genre.
So damn simple, but so well produced. That song Sine is one of the best things I've heard in one of these. Expect someone to sample that.
I love you, keep this up please.

big rec
also are you the user who did the music reviews blog? i was hoping you'd keep updating your site
I personally feel like the songs are a bit overproduced cause i feel like your aesthetic would work really well with power pop cause i enjoy the instrumentals and your voice especially on A While
rec
big rec, cant wait to hear more from you
I really like the production style here but the directions seems really unfocused but i really hope you keep evolving your sound cause id like to hear a full concept album by you
big rec
You guys have any social media pages? We're thinking about touring the USA if our album launch goes well and were hoping to do a show in Manhattan and Brooklyn sometime next year. Love your sound, reminds me a lot of some Toronto garage bands i listen to. Also dont expect a reply from them, they usually post and leave.
Not my thing but at least its unique in a way

I like the ideas and most of the execution, but this just gives me a headache. Sorry.

It's nice to know the blues isn't dead, and that talented people are keeping it alive. Great stuff.

I like this a lot, reminds me of the early Eels stuff that was produced by one of the Dust Brothers. What exactly is hauntology?

>are you the user who did the music reviews blog
yes I am! I recently moved two states and have been setting up and stuff, haven't really had the time to update and listen to new and challenging music, but I will get to it. I'm looking for more writers right now, if you know anybody who is interested

this pretty legit, good rock, I like St Patrick because the guitar tone is beefy.

We will play a show, just let us know what you have in mind. If youre coming through Philly let me know what dates and we can try and work something out. We like weekends if possible. Do you guys draw?

personally im not much of a critic myself but im sure someone in one of the sharethreads would be more than happy if you give them notice

"bad while it lasted/"
you're gonna have a bad time.
baps are bappin
chorus has very good mixing
is that a sine or a sample?
these are custom piano chops you can tell
you've been through some shiznit
ooOOOooo breakdown but it's hip hop and not metal.
it's like joji but better.
cloudburst
ummm du du
(do do dooo doo do do doo doo)
I'm in Greenland but it's dark out...
soul happy go go
it's either a ringmod on a sine or it's a limiter
hq samples there
"ten percent pleasure 20% pain" vibes
but it's like you spun it to make it a feel good song.
"highhh todayyy"
(you up in Colorado bruh?)
noggin luggin...
I've heard that sample before I forget where...
OH! you posted this on soundcloud I remember this.
I've already heard it but this is pretty good.
one of the dirtier tracks.
have you heard about the reverse history theory in textbooks?
So are you audibly laughing at my music or your ex? I can't tell in this lyric...
your actually a pretty good singer man,
that outro though
(that one track with the long title)
it's an actual bass guitar this time I think...
smoother, lighter drums, a brush set?
OOO I like the chopping there please more
it was just one bar.
breakdown time.
farewell to you...
(sounds like your ex died...)

RECS
This one is beyond fantastic

track lengths are too long for a first time listener, with so much to listen to, would you take time to hear an 8 and a half minute track. your shorter cuts are good tho. thats true.
Good songs, not my style but so.

clyp.it/ssw3hzu3

recs:
loving this!
dig the transition to more traditional instrumentation on the latest release

a short bit of depersonalization
noise noise n drums
OH MY GOD
It's not ambient bros, it's metallll
it's METALLLL
Annunciation
I'm in a basement and you're about to torture me...and I'm also a soyboy cuck or at least the announcer lady thinks so...
it's hell porn I think?
sorry that probably sounded offensive.
it has a deeper meaning...
I think.
I just can't understand what she's saying.
she's oppressed by the patriarchy and is getting revenge?
(also is she a ghost representing the women's rights movement?)
can you tell me?
I don't know actually.
same vibe as the last one actually.
remember silent hill?
yeah you do...
so is this in the mind of an oppressed mentally unstable women?
Or are you saying this represents all women...
OH I just noticed: powerviolencs, so it must be danger music o.k. it all makes sense now.
I've listened to a few subliminals in the past (not so much anymore I try to avoid them lately) but I sort of get those types of vibes from it.
the mixing is actually pretty good I wanted to take my headphones off just to see if it was from an intercom.
pizza track
OH WAH>@
very different this one
is it about pizzagate?
or are you just observing mankind eating pizza while the world suffers?
Whaaaaaat?
888 ddr for a second there
now it's pure noise.
AAAAAAAAAAA.
It's the lake of fire.
suffering souls that's my only interpretation for the second half. Only the title itself makes almost a satire toward it.
it's amazing how much harsh you can fit into one track you know?
oh we're back to the beginning: implying a loop. haunting.
nobody will ever forgive me
It's like you summoned a demon and now it's just ranting about how it's burning and no one will ever forgive it, or that's the vibe I get from the band title "Christian lovers"
It was haunting.
I am haunted.
I feel like only repenting tomorrow just cause of this feeling.
It was good.
I think your music is really broad in meaning, so... 8/10 general, 9.9/10 danger level.

This is still good, don't overlook.

haha I'm dying, this is amazing thank you.
