bunch of boring whities
people are sick of remakes, especially of movies they never heard of
It was a shitty remake that nobody asked for that had none of the campy charm of the original
People realized the other side was right.
it was done perfectly the first time. no one cares about chinks because there is no current cold war analogue with them going on
Because it was supposed to be China invading but they changed it to the totally implausible North Korea to appeal to Chinese markets.
Did you see it? It's terrible. Beyond belief terrible.
this. Also they digitally changed all the flags to north korean from the orignal version where it was china
This exists?
Daily reminder to eat fresh Wolverines!
ebil north korea
Yeah. Main plot is that North Korea invades the US. and wins.
Let that sink in for a minute.
They used Best Korea instead of Mudshits.
cliche central
also those kids would have been trashed by the koreans. characters are cookie cutter and not believable.
>sandwich artist
The plan was to use China but they chickened out.
whats the source on this
americans are the communist now
Hollywood can't into remakes. Plus no trans or black actors. Lead character wasn't a female.
your average day
Compare the first where they suffer from constant losses, get beaten down by repeated attacks, suffer betrayal, and almost all of them die and are forgotten to the new one where they turn into a bunch of heroic invincible Call of Duty marines fighting a top secret mission that could change the course of the war.
Chris Hemsworth can't pull off an american accent to save his life.
Downtown no Gaki. Its a funny variety show, though they have their tense moments occasionally when one of them snaps.
I'm not sure what the context was here, but its particularly shocking because Hamada is usually a really super chilled out guy.
concidering russia's behaviour lately
they can change it back to russians
but did they change the actors?
koreans and chinese don't look same
inb4 asians all the same
>Beyond belief terrible.
You watch your whore mouth, that show was great.
how does a country of 25 million where 20 million are starving farmers invade the us?
The thing I actually remember most and appreciate best about the original is the subtle distaste that the South American General develops throughout the film, culminating in him discovering the brothers in the park after their final suicidal distraction attack.
The slow realization that he may not be making the world a better place is really moving to me.
And the fact that the end of the film closes with "Who won doesn't matter, it was people standing up for what they thought was right" was way more American than the new ending. The new ending was straight up Taliban ISIS.
