I've listed vaguely in order from the most solid BoC recs to some less certain ones.
stereolab
bumping. If you let my massive list of recs go to waste OP, I swear to fuckin god...
You are the fucking man.
I'll have to check these guys out.
Sounds pretty interesting, thank you.
Thank you so much, you're incredible. I recognize a few names which I love, but I'll have a lot of new stuff to listen to now.
you should still listen to stereolab if you haven't already

wat
Which album do you think I should start with? I recognize the cover for Emperor Tomato Ketchup from here on Sup Forums.
.christ should be at the top

Loess doesn't have a bandcamp.
admittedly placed too far up the list.
I mean, it was more as they came to mind if I'm honest, but I disagree. I'd far sooner rec Faex Optim, Mr Sunshine, Cialyn, Boreal Network, Dreamland Circus, PBS'73, Cities of Earth to BoC fans than .christ.
Dots and Loops is their most electronic and lounge-like.
>I've listed vaguely in order from the most solid BoC recs to some less certain ones.
solid list, but christ. probably shouldn't be at the bottom? he was literally a part of BoC early on.
Being a former member of BoC doesn't make you similar to BoC. I wouldn't immediately rec Ghost to a Strapping Young Lad fan, just because Devin Townsend was in SYL.
Listening to music that influenced BoC is more interesting that listening to straight BoC clones, if you ask me.

fair point. i'm probably biased because i've really only been listening to his curio compilations, which are fairly BoC-soaked. either way, surely yugo77 is worth reccing to any boc fan
Pilot red sun. Personally like it even more than boards of canada
aphex twin
Lots of these sound really similar and good, thank you for sharing.
I heard that album, I liked it a lot. Very cute.
