Post your obscure 11/10s
11/10 = 1/10
It was actually quiet popular on Sup Forums a lot of years ago.

I remember someone posting this on a sharethread in 2015. Was it around before then? Got me into Kayo Dot
...
not sure why this isn't discussed every day here in nmh threads
Not sure if this is considered obscure but
what album is this
as are most albums roy montgomery is on
>obscure
These threads would be much better if someone actually posted music.
youtube.com
Huh, not my cup of tea but it's good. might listen to the rest of the album
reverse image shows nothing
what is this?
bump
I don't want Sup Forums to know that shit
The only result is another Sup Forums thread from 2015 and this discogs.com
Must be some kind of meme
>Tracklist
> Part One Composed By – Kayo Dot
> Part Two Composed By – Fire! Orchestra
> Part Three & Four Composed By – Krzysztof Penderecki
good work user
wasn't funny then, isn't funny now
keep your shitty meme to yourself
Good picks
great album
Wasn’t always obscure but everyone seems to have forgotten about it.
Name ?
What's the meme here?
Batsumi - s/t
Idk either, considering I know it too, but I've never seen it mentioned aside from the sharethread I found it on. Agreed too.
Going to go with pic related.
an otherworldly experience in and of itself
his prior albums were good, but as a consistent whole i think that fog lake did something magical with this one
more pretentious than Godspeed and that is saying something
it's a rural Ontario thing, it's pretentious as hell but if you've grown up driving those backroads at night and are immersed in the desolation of the farms and small towns, then this is an album that can stick with you. it's subjective but that's how i feel about it, they took a building that was going to be bulldozed into nothingness and immortalized it, and it's "pseudo-deep" but i can't completely be cynical about it
...
is this considered "obscure"
...
what album
listen to it!!
good stuff, love this album
someone should do a big 'How To Get Into Odd Future' flowchart.
This, No Idols, Radical Mixtape and so many others show interesting sides to it
if I cop some adderall in the park tomorrow I'll do it
not exactly obscure but relatively unmentioned on Sup Forums
easily one of the best albums I've heard from this decade
it's not ultra obscure, and it gets mentioned here a decent amount nowadays but holy shit is this a fucking 20/10 for me. literally a perfect album for my taste
One of the best albums of 2010s desu.
Give this a try
not ultra-mega obscure, but there's certainly nothing like it i've found
pre-classical mixed with math-rock
...
my nigga
solid record. love the duster boys
Why's everyone shilling this album all of a sudden?
Name please
solid af record never seen this posted on here.
Höhlenmusik Ensemble, is was on some no-name label somehow tied to Murmuure and so I checked it out.
Where can I listen to it ?
learn modular arithmetic, jackass
Name please
i've been shilling it for a little bit because it's my favorite album, and not too long ago i never saw any discussion about it anywhere. i can't speak for others. you should listen though, production-wise it's on another level
yeah its one of my favorites of all time
i kinda started a record label just to get it reissued on tape. reached out to alex and jason about it. they're both super nice dudes
i'm making a mega link
Höhlenmusik Ensemble - Höhlenmusik Ensemble
>instrumental, jazzy post-rock?, i'm bad at naming genres-core
i was gonna post this. fucking love this album but not any of their others.
literally every song on here is gold. this time is fucking incredible and see you at the show is the most original thing i've ever heard.
Thank you
I like their others too, but i agree this one is hard to even compare to other music, but Made Flesh is gold to me too. It's like this unbelievable refined band just stumbled into making metal music.
no problem, I'd do anything to share music i think deserves to be share!
lol but i absolutely love it
yeah they're tight as hell. listen to how they pull off the end of blackmail blues live (maybe you've seen it idk). insanity
holy shit, i have not seen this
I prefer Nia but Blackalicious is super good in general. The Pharcyde seems to get slept on a lot here as well.
I must say, this is actually pretty good.
Enjoying this one too.
not mega obscure, but one of my favorite math-rock records
it's like japanese Rage Against The Machine with jazz and reggae flavorings.
