I broke my neck and my back. It took over 50 doctors visits, 15 different doctors to exam me, and countless MRIs, EKGs, and other shit to move forward for SSI. Then it took a court ruling. I can move around, but I can't sit still for long, lay for long, walk for long. It's 24/7 of pure torture, and it still took 1 year, 9 months to obtain SSI.
I hear "mental disorders" are easy to use to get SSI while those with spinal injuries are the least likely to obtain it.

Then after alerting them of this error, they proceed to tell me I owe 2 months, while sending me 6 months, then 2 weeks later saying I owe 15 months.
It took a lawyer for them to stop after 4 months of that shit. If I am supposed to get all of that "back pay" I haven't seen it, and doubt I ever will.

it is my understanding that unless the loan holder has a copy of the actual loan document, then you do not owe them. In other words, if they cannot prove they own the loan, then you do not owe a cent. Your mom needs to have them send to her the original, signed loan document. If they don't have it, she does not owe them. That is my understanding, and research I have done on the web seems to confirm.
