International food thread, starting with the brilliant burger
This is now a beer thread. Post your cunt's beer.
Five guys is pretty good I have to admit
...
you lived here?
I want to master this.
Why?
...
Yeah
Only for one year
Because why not? Cooking is one of the self-reliant man's ability.
Seems to me like there's a million more useful cooking techniques to learn.
Flipping an omelet? It won't be that hard.
No. That's an omurice. He kept large amount of filling in tight and did it by one hand. That's cool.
cool. did you work or study here?
...
this is goat, especially when it's dipped into the meat juices
I love Yuengling
My favorite beer is mexican.
...
This is a very tough question for a Mexican fellow.
We have a very wide variety of food, to the point that I don't know where to start.
...
Thoughts on Märzen beer?
...
Paulaner is OK, not my taste
I honestly never got the hype regarding fancy cuisines. I live in NYC and have eaten at very high reputation french joints for example but it just wasn't very appetizing. Sometimes simple is just better and nothing really beats a good burger or BBQ
disgusting cheese otherwise ruining a good image
Impressive.
OH SAY CAN YOU SEEEE
Here's what i had with some plain chicken yesterday, it's called sataraš and it's a stewy mix of peppers and tomatoes. It's simple to cook too, would reccomend.
that looks awesome
Is it normal to feel bloated for hours after burger?
that's menemen without eggs
I add an egg when heating it up so the egg cooks in the sauce. Just looked up pics of menemen and that looks fucking great I'll try making that next.
Hortobágyi meat pancakes
sataraš is a Hungarian name/dish
making sataraš without scrambled eggs is haram tho, they're the central ingredient
pörkölt with egg noodles
cock testicle stew
we call it lecsó and it's a hungarian vegetable stew
posting golaž with polenta
green pea pottage with fried egg
Yeah but If I have to store for it for multiple days I won't add the egg before refrigerating it so the egg doesn't go bad in the fridge. I'm paranoid about food going bad and I get it form my mother
Delicious, half my family is Hungarian and I love the food. Krumplis tészta is a favorite as well
csusza pasta with cottage cheese
looks good, although the polentas I ate always tasted a bit flavorless
chimney cake meets hamburger
funny that you mention krumplis tészta, since Hungarian is one of the few national cuisines which have a main dish comprised entirely of side dishes
bread with lard, onions and powdered paprika
Kolbice
Australians travelled around the U.S. perfecting your food they came back to Queensland and brought it with them.
This is what I had thus afternoon
It's a Poblano pepper with your favorite Christmas stuffing, then you coat it in flour and whipped egg whites, then you fry it and serve with rice and a tomato sauce
Because he's a weeb
Can't tell if that's a lesbian or a guy who looks like a lesbian
Have you ever had any of that mexican junk food where they take a pack of doritos and put 1000 things on top of it? I've seen webms of it but I don't know what it's called exactly. Do people actually eat that? The pepper you posted looks good af though.
why are amers obsessed with melted cheese
Dorilocos?
Kinda, the disgusting ones you've seen webms of are made in the north I think
I've had chips/doritos/fried stuff with hot sauce, limes and Worcestershire sauce
It's the cheapest snack you can have while drinking with friends
This is a good thread. Please post more.
Ok
