Hey, mates from the Islands, excuse me, but I'd like to ask you about the language situation. Is it true, that even different London's districts have their own wierd dilects? (and, if I have any mistakes in this post, please, correct)

There are hundreds (maybe thousands) of accents in the UK, so yes. It doesn't necessarily depend where you live either, it can also depend on your class.
This for example is a comedy skit including a famous East London actor Danny Dyer

And this is how somebody from a rich part of West London would sound
>british citizen means british national
nani
also according to gov.uk
Well, the first one sounds less understandable. Is it hard for you to understand not your native dialect ?
Nah, it's quite easy for UK natives to understand any accent in English. Even Americans/Canadians/Australians tend to struggle with our accents.
The Glasgow accent is a particularly hard one for non-natives.
