I want to do sports because of pic related.
This is the first time i got fat and i dont like it. I want to change this back to my status quo.

My question is:
Should i go jogging or should i go inliner skating ?

Im very good at skating and im afraid i will not loose enough fat because i can easily skate multiple hours at upper speed without rest.

But!
When i try jogging i can only jogging like 1.5 minutes and then I need a break of 2 minutes befor i can jogging 1.5 minutes again.

Whichever you want, as long as you do cardio. But what you really want is proper high intensity exercises that will intensify your fat burn rate.

Download audiobooks/podcasts/youtube lecture and start walking. Try walk 10,000 steps a day. Dont worry too much about the types of food your eating at the moment, just try eating at 500 less than your recommended calories.

/fit/ expects everyone to go from obese mindset to bodybuilder mindset in a night. If your obese you have shitty willpower, so doing too much at once will cause you to fail, so stick to walking, so try keep it simple, eating whatever the fuck you want but keep the calories under 1600. You'll soon quickly realize how calories dense fast food and junk are and begin making wiser choices to fit more food into your 1600 allowance. Another piece of advise. Get the "I'll start Monday" attitude out of your head. If you fuck up on a Friday, don't just throw away the whole weekend, you'll end up binge eating more calories than you ever thought you could.

If you don't have a dog, walk your neighbors/friends etc. Once your with 15-20 pounds of your ideal weight start Jogging/Gym/going to fit etc.

Do what you want to do more, and what's easier for you. Although obviously you will have to skate further than if you jog because its easier, but you just increase the pace to compensate.

Although when I was training I was doing it to improve my cardio, not really lose weight, I got really really good results with doing sprints for 15-30s, then a relaxing pace for 45s-1min to recover, then sprints, then cooldown, then sprints, etc, etc until you're puking or you cant lift your legs to spring anymore. Running up and down hills is also really good and you get sick calves
