How the fuck can you enjoy this more than any other maiden song?

Album: Killers or S/T
Song: Purgatory or Empire of the Clouds

Wasted Years or Caught Somewhere in Time

Somewhere in Time

Rime of the Ancient Mariner

Somewhere in Time

This album is by far my favorite. Showcases Steve Harris's greatest bass playing, Murray and Smith's triumphant guitar sections are blended so perfectly well. Paul's vocals and lyrics are so perfect as well perfect harmonization with the lead section in every song. Really a great album especially pre Bruce era. Perfect lineup of musicians.

Top-3 at the moment:
Phantom of the Opera
Rime of the Ancient Mariner
Afraid to Shoot Strangers

Sign of the Cross is really underrated. The Rock in Rio version is insane.

It's a good song, but probably the least "Maiden" of any song they've released, including b-sides

>Song
Wasted Years
>Album
Powerslave

This is tough.

I think Somewhere in Time is the best as a whole, with the weakest tracks being Wasted Years and Heaven Can Wait (still fine tracks)

Favorite song is Remember Tomorrow

To Tame a Land and Phantom of the Opera are tied I think best.

Album is a tie between the debut and Somewhere in Time

Song is tough, but I'd give it to Phantom of the Opera, with Hallowed Be Thy Name and Rime of the Ancient Mariner close behind.

Thought you were me for a moment.

Can't decide between Iron Maiden, Powerslave and Brave New World

I wouldn't call it the best overall, but it's definitely their finest since Bruce came back

>since Bruce came back
Yeah, I said like albums with Blaze (and last two from the first Dickinson era) were so amazing. So, the best since 1988 basically.

Really good album pick
