Yes, the harvest of this year is going to be good in Russia. They suppose 125.2 million tons of grains this year. They can export it.

There is a good demand in large cities but investment is expensive. You'll need glasshouses and heating due to said climate. I don't know about south of Russia though, climate is better but they say there are a lot of mobsters there.

Coastal cities are usually warmer in the winter and colder in the summer. I've heard that the winters might *feel* colder though due to the humidity, not sure if that's real or just a myth
