ill say this, if you're unfamiliar with uk urban/dance music it'll seem really off beat and trashy but burial is veryyy good for his lane of music.
you can kind of segue into it by listening to contemporary us/uk rnb, then listening to 2 step garage, maybe some old school uk dubstep, then listening to burial.
bit of an autist on this subject, also uk dubstep is not the annoying screechy wob wobs many people associate "dubstep"with. if you guys want any suggestion i can give some.
his tracks evoke a sense of desolation, longing, regret and overall melancholy with a little bit of hope at the end. its really soothing because i've wanted to live in the city for a long time and his music describes the quiet time you spend on a bus at night after spending the day with a close friend.
