The prophecy has been set in stone. Millennials WILL be the smartest gen

That's an OG one

Millennials already are the smartest generation

THE PROPHECY HAS BEEN FULFILLED!!!

Has there ever been a lo fi hiphop album worth anything? Everything I heard is just like youtube comps and soundcloud tracks

Millennials don't know shit other than how to download free porn or smoke copious amounts of weed

Joji :^)

Do you listen to Joji Miller? His early work was a little too 'comedy rap' for my taste, but when 'Chloe Burbank' came out in 2016, I think he really came into their own - both commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of Lo fi Hip hop meshed in with the better half of their contemporaries. He's been compared to Nujabes but I think Joji has a far more playful, sarcastic sense of humour. In 2017, Joji released this, In Tongues, his most accomplished album. I think his undisputed masterpiece is "you suck charlie", a song so catchy most people probably don't listen to the lyrics - but they should! Because it's not just about being a dick, it's about the myopic trends of social media acclimating to your own personal downfall.

I think the lo-fi hiphop trend is the consequence of Nujabes' passing and the whole "nostalgia" trend of this decade. It's also benefited by the "Japanese" vibe that people associate with it thanks to Nujabes, so that by associating lo-fi hip hop with anime pictures the ever-increasing amount of weebs will click on the playlist or compilation because "ooo pretty anime".

But I thought soys liked trap
