Do it, Alt right soyboy. I seriously believe Trump should be impeached and female actors are statutorily raped by directors
OH NO NO NO NO
color scheme is pretty nice
>>/leftypol/
i'm literally on the other side but the whole discourse is exasperating
overrated? Yes. Not as much as DSOTM's though
If I could get this on a shirt or a poster, I would in a heartbeat
...
this is very clearly their best
His gaze is strangely calming.

...
No.
those poor victimized oppressed multi millionaire celebrities :'(
Not a big fan of them, but I really like this.
Great, but I think Goo is even better
nice
objectively the best
It's just a candle
Found the psychopath
it's so perfect for dull knife
it's a Gerhard Richter painting. show some respect.
sets the tone for the whole album perfectly
It's just some shitty houses
this. i've been weirdly obsessed with mcr lately
>Anti-capitalist
>Go to their bandcamp page
>"Buy Digital Album: £6.99 GBP or more"
>"Buy Compact Disc: £10.99 GBP or more"
Hmm...
The revolution is not gonna fund itself!
>need money to survive
>somehow cant be opposed to a system you're forced to live by
listen to the album its pretty good apart from the messages. one of the best recent rock releases
...
fucking love this cover
you must be fun
...
it is a pretty shitty photo
could have composed it better at least
...
Makes you think...
...
I keep seeing this cover and I'm like it's literally just some houses haha
I bet it's the same person every time.
...
couldn't disagree more
it's probably me a good 30% of the time
this but unironically
damn right
Is the controversial name/cover of this album the main reason, or even the only reason, that it's talked about as much as it is? Looking at the band's RYM page, almost every other album of theirs has less than 200 ratings, while this one has over 700. I'm apolitical and have never listened to Gnod so I have no dog in this fight either way, I'm just curious if their relative explosion in popularity is due to the music genuinely being so much better, or if it's just because of its image
>capitalist
>fascist
Pick one.
>psycho right-wing capitalist fascist industrial death machine
sounds like an insult someone would use here unironically
...
...
>check the band
>Salford UK
Love yurocucks commenting on American politics desu
...
definitely because of the political name + cover. good marketing. the album is decent too which helps.

...
you have to give it to rob
...
...
>need money to survive
Get a job then? There's plenty of bands and artists that know they won't make a living out of what they do.

...
what's the album?
...
>OBSESSED
What makes you say they're referencing the US?
I mean it unironically. Pls no bully.
these look pretty cool
...
Nice but Daisy will always be my favourite cover, best captures the mood of the album
>mcr
>weirdly obsessed

i wish i lived to the fullest when i was 20
I think it's contextual. Growing up in Philadelphia, this album cover gives me a lot of nostalgic feels. But I can totally understand how others would see it as 'just some shitty houses.'
But what makes this album cover so bad while other album covers featuring houses (like American Football and What Burns Never Returns) are iconic?
Montie is such a boring faggot
HMMMMMMM really makes those almonds work am i rite guise
This triggers the Sup Forums
t. middle class white hardcore gamer/anime nerd who's never faced any difficulties in life

Using Storm Thorgerson art is cheating

...
>kill urself my man
>not the moon is my son he look just like me II
pathetic
you cant make this shit up lmao
pic related is literally you
theres nothing wrong with using your own labor to make money if you are not exploiting anyome
And there are plenty of people who make a living from art.
...
Asking for money under the guise of needing it from working fans who actually do need it is exploitation. These guys could live a comfortable life just off their parents money alone, they don't need it at all, pic isn't comparable at all
>These guys could live a comfortable life just off their parents money alone, they don't need it at all
how the fuck do you know
...
art desu

This
Every iteration of this cover makes one of my favorites. It's phenomenal, baby tibet, grown tibet, and the louis wain cat.
The girl in the pic is about to break her shit from that fall. That's just called being retarded.
The Hipgnosis of the modern age
Grew up north of Philly, It perfectly encapsulates Pennsylvania winter gloom, that's depressing but at the same time comforting having grown up in it. You especially see houses like that as you get out further north into a bunch of small middle of nowhere towns. Even better if they line a river or back up to a mountain (really more of a hill, mountain threshold is pretty low here)
