lol this album was fun and seeing her on touring on this opening up for Wavves was great. and then we gradually learned that she really only has about 2.5 songs in her and each album has been worse and worse.

never bothered with any of her other albums, i just knew she wouldn't be able to top or match it

Oh man I spent so much time listening to this. I don't think she has much to say and should've stopped after her debut. I like the second one okay but it's repetitive af and nothing new.

Except the melodies got stronger and stronger, and the lyrics on The Only Place were her most affecting so far.

I do love the melodies on The Only Place and a lot of the lyrics. still repetitive in theme and she could do with expanding her vocab a bit.

Wtf? What does that even mean? Has Sup Forums devolved so far that we're making up random names to feel good about ourselves? This whole soy-boy/queer thing needs to just be executed and dumped into a fire. I'm not expecting life changing convos on this board, but ffs the quality of threads have deteriorated exponentially.

For me Best Coast fall under the AC/DC syndrome; fun to listen to, but once you heard a few songs you've heard them all. Luckily Best Coast has a good formula, so you know what you're getting into. Nothing wrong with that.
