I started out with Comcast and got fed up so I switched to Direct TV and Centurylink. Both had probably 10x more outages (sometimes for a day or more even when it wasn't raining).DTV's costumer service was much worse and I didn't end up saving any money after two years. Also why do you care you work for them or something?
