This has been such an embarrassing month for Assad and the Russians. I knew this campaign was going to fail. Going to Raqqa was fucking stupid. The Russian military made the biggest mistake so far. They wanted to get to Raqqa before the US back Kurds got there first. Well it was a disaster, they should have waited. The Kurds are in no position anytime soon to attempt to take Raqqa themselves. Assad is losing men and equipment fast, the Russians give them tanks and shit and they forfeit it up on the front lines. They should secure and wipe out the remaining rebel pockets close at home before focusing on ISIS.
But whatever, we'll see what happens soon enough. Brexit was a victory for Russia in the grand scheme of things, as it spells disaster for the EU. 10,000 troops mustered up by Russia would steamroll ISIS, they need to do this before it's too late. Logistic in war only allow you to eat food you were given into. So, SAA food logictic doesn't need for the food of the FSA/Nusra/ISIS places captured, that is also why Deir Ezzor is a hell, because you don't have any supply line of food, only what SyAF and RuAF can give you.
