For FM 18 I think I'll try to make a European Cups revamp from the bottom up
3 tiers, 1st & 2nd similar to CL/EL but 3rd tier will be a memic knockout cup for teams placed 6th-8th in the leagues
The same amount of teams in each cup for every league
Big clubs will have to go through quals, no more assured GS slot
