Someone mentioned a movie called Falcon Rising in a thread a few days ago and I watched it. Straight-to-video 90's style action flick starring Michael Jai White. Quite watchable for something that looks like it cost $20 to make.

It had a few nice looking sequences but I think that the execution was too generic to really pull of the magical melodrama it was shooting for. It felt more like a high-budget Freaky Friday type thing than a proper story about star-crossed lovers.
