Tell us what their policies are, voter support etc. Are you expecting me to actually research spanish politics?

PP+Cs with abstention of PSOE, I see that coming. President: Mariano Rajoy

Anything but Mr. Open Borders Iglesias.

For one the cuck is right, tell is about them dad

Wi will have a PSOE+Podemos?
Dont see anything else

That wont happen

Like I know that it's a joke and all but I can't tell if that was made by some ciudadanos fan that wanted to go all "yeah go us!" or someone wanting them look like 5 years old

Like I really can't tell.

I know podemos is Venezuelan commie party but what are the others?

In a nutshell:

2 big old parties:

PP: Neocons.
PSOE: Socialdemocrats.

2 big new parties:

Podemos-IU: Neocommunists-feminists.
C'S: Liberals.

Just explained it ^

Thats probably what is going to happen

>Rivera
Wasn't that the falange dude who started the revolution or something?

I wish.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miguel_Primo_de_Rivera

Cheers for your knowledge of history though.

He's well knows for supporting Franco over the Republic.

>PP+Cs with abstention of PSOE, I see that coming. President: Mariano Rajoy

There might be no option I dislike more to be honest.

At this point I think I'd literally have anyone but Rajoy as president.

Which one wants Spexit?

No one
Seems like we are happy to be EU slaves

Why are Spaniards so handsome?

N-no homo

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/José_Antonio_Primo_de_Rivera
I meant this one, his son. Seems like he only founded the falange, not the uprising but whatever close enough.
>Cheers for your knowledge of history though.
Spanish civil war was the main area of a life-long research of my history professor back at high school, he talked about it all the time.
Guess some of it actually stuck it my head kek.

>PP
>Neocons
>Cs
>Liberals
>Using "neo"

Isn't Spain a monarchy?

>PP/PSOE aka same old cancer
>Podemos economic and some social policy is good but shit inmigration plan
>Ciudadanos inmigration and some social policy is good but shit economic plan

w-why Ciudadanos need to be a fucking jew puppets ;_; I just want them to be more socialist

we belong to the north mediterranean master race

Yes, why you ask?

>C'S: Liberals
I wouldn't say they're "liberals" in the American way.
"Liberal" means a different thing here in Europe.

>Mugremos
>not Quebremos

>>PP/PSOE aka same old cancer

just get rid of those... at this point in time-space continuum

>north mediterranean
You flunked geography, right?

>Podemos economic policy is good

I didn't know uneducated 65 year olds could use the internet.

The more you know.

>Podemos
>Good economic policy
Sure. Raising taxes, spending so much more, increasing your debt (that's literally what a bigger deficit would imply), thinking inflation is good per se, bandwagoning on PSOE's "new tax" to sustain Social Security a la France, etc. are "good economic policy".

They have nice ideas about fighting poor working conditions -which is good-, focus on anti-corruption measures, etc., but not really any ideas in order to improve our massive unemployment situation. And the bigger picture can be messed up if you only rely on increasing tax revenue by raising tax rate so much since that wouldn't allow our companies to grow.

Argie with spanish and irish citizenship here.
I was going to vote to keep Pablito out of goverment, but its complicated as fuck to do it from Argieland

Ideology Liberalism[2][3]
Social democracy[4][5][6]
Secularism[7]
Autonomism[8][9]
European federalism[10]
Postnationalism[11][12][13]

Same shit, according to wikipedia.

>Raising taxes
To the richest? I don't see a problem, and I'm doing fairly well myself. I'm against their tax on financial operations, but I do indexing, so whatevs.

Simply by persecuting corruption they'll get way more money than if a corrupt party is elected. PP's top brass are all dirty, rotten to the bone. Do I have to remind you?

>but not really any ideas in order to improve our massive unemployment situation.

Mariano said he would create 2 million jobs if he's elected. He didn't give a fucking clue as to how. Podemos said the deficit had to be reduced at a slower rate and enforce expansive policies. That's how you get out of a crisis. Household economy and macroeconomics are not the same.

Vote VOX or DN guys.

Vox guy has a peculiar nose and Sup Forums told me to avoid following the nose...

Doesn't matter, your country will be a communist ruin in 15 years, even if Podemos wins now or 4 years later

It's sad but there's no real good choice. Only less shitty. And anything but Ponytail Boy is less shitty.

>looks at chart
>podemos
>'we can'
>instantly dropped

Who is the "Spanish Trump"?

Looking at just their faces orange seems the only feasible option.

>Podemos economic and some social policy is good but shit inmigration plan
Kill yourself you Catalonian communist scum

Either guy but
>Pedro Sanchez
>Pablo Iglesias

You guys don't want to elect a beaner, it's bad enough when they start stealing regular jobs.

There's no such thing.

agreed

pedro kinda looks like nigel

In fact they are progressive, so yes they are liberals in the American way.

Good luck voting for your own brand of socialism, I will not vote, nor I really care. Just hope PSOE+Podemos can create a government, sink the economy so we have a militar Coup.

>dubs
>wasted on a memer.
Shame.

Thankfully, nobody.

>Looking at just their faces
We're going to elect one of those, not fuck them.

>beaner
What the fuck am I reading?

They have something in common.

Si espanna elige al perroflaute comunista de Podemos espero que el pías se vaya la gran mierda.

Comunistas asquerosos

Which one is most likely to help fix your unemployment issues? I have a few Spanish friends and they're really not enjoying it right now.

pedro sanchez
lol
vote for pedro

>thankfully no one
kill yourself my man

Nice non argument, memer.

Take it easy Hans

We have Vox, a right wing party willing to make Spain Great Again. They don't have a chance, but in Madrid they could get a congressman

Vox (Abascal) Make Spain great again.
He used to have a lot of power in the conservative party but throw it all allay to follow his dream and what he really believed. The gamble didn't pay off, this is why I have some respect for him.

No such thing.
No one would dare to be Trump in a country which just came out of a "evil fascist genocidal nazi regime" a few decades ago. Even if you dare to be, you'd only be a fringe candidate. Spanish youth are very commie, they had guilt beaten into them, something like Germany and nazis. Plus there's big (youth) unemployment so of course the only "solution" in their eyes is le wealth redistribution meme. Just look at the parties. No right wing parties at all. What is considered right wing there would fly as typical "center" liberalism in any sane system not taken over by whiney SJW cucks.

In just a decade's time we will see the rise of three communist states: Sweden, Greece, and Spain. I don't have any hope left for these countries. Don't shoot the messenger though, I would be very happy if my idea would be proven false by time itself.

Is this true? I don't follow Spanish politics. Will PP give him "escaños" to make his own group, like what the lefties did?

Guys, we also had our little crybabycoup that took control of the centre right-wing party to a cemtre left-wing, so we got a poo-in-the-loo as PM.

But if you actually pick that long-haired faggot as you leader, you won't hear the end of it. Hippies do not belong in parliaments.

Podemos is strong in economic issues. The current government doesn't give a fuck and doesn't have any other plan that keep things like have been for the past 4.5 years. i.e. anemic job growth with temporary contracts.

>Vox
Honest to god, I reverse searched the image to see if it was a meme. But NO, it's an actual poster.

Alright I'll keep an eye on the elections. I hope everything gets better and don't be closing that fence on Gib.

>In just a decade's time we will see the rise of three communist states: Sweden, Greece, and Spain.
Don't worry lad. We would go to another civil war if that happen and we would win it again
PP will never do that. But in Madrid you need 3% of the vote to get a deputy.... That's 100K votes, and Vox is pretty much known in the capital so I really want to believe.
Of course it's true .
youtu.be/RaSIX4-RPAI

Have you seen their video? it's not a cringe low-cost party like my own (pic related).

I know C's is liberal overall.
It's just that Americans tend to call liberal to what they perceive as left wing.

If you want to spend as much as they claim they are going to, it won't be enough just to raise taxes to the richest. It's that -raising taxes overall- or either getting even more indebted at an even higher rate. Let me keep my suspicions about the raising taxes magic wand.

I agree with you regarding Rajoy promising 2 million jobs with no clue. He's a blatant liar. Not to mention his party is corrupt to the bone.

>agree with you regarding Rajoy promising 2 million jobs with no clue. He's a blatant liar.
What are the odds of him not winning, though?

He's going to win for sure but we can't take for certain that he will be Prime Minister again.

Anything but podemos

>and don't be closing that fence on Gib.
I'm quite convinced that it's just shit flinging from the conservative party (PP) to distract the attention before the election because this 4.5 years have been shit and have nothing to show to lure the voters of age lower than 65.

But don't worry. We've been unable to elect a pres in 6 months. A vote on that issue will never succeed.

>The party statutes declare classical liberalism, the Austrian School of economics, and Ayn Rand's Objectivism as its main influences.
Heh. Gimme the program and I'll skim it, though I don't think I'll switch sides.

>about the raising taxes magic wand.
Not a magic wand. They want to lower them to most of the population to sponsor spending and taxing progressively the richest, which won't have a negative impact in the economy (no, yacht makers losing 2% of their revenue is not a big issue).

The other big matter is corruption. Spain is a very inefficient country in terms of productivity, but also in terms of public spending. A true magic wand will be persecuting corruption like it has never been before, because both old parties are corrupt, even if the PP takes the cake.

Fighting corruption: that's what is going to bring the big bucks, and avoid the unlawful spending of taxpayer's money.

In all honesty, I'd love to see an anti-corruption police that was as brutal as detainees as the regular police with demonstrators.

>Of course it's true .
>youtu.be/RaSIX4-RPAI
Sweet, merciful kek.

look up the web if you want to see the program, I can make you a summary:
- Lets privatize everything
- Be super open minded: degenerates are OK (but find a private firm to marry you).
- Lets open up borders (but let they pay for they own shit and let people have arms to self defense)
- Lets not end with welfare state, but make it more competitive, giving checks to find your own school/hospital (With open borders is not good, but immigrants will still need to work)
- Free banking
- Lets end corruption (not giving power to politicians)

I'm not married with them, although as an Austrian i firmly believe they will make Spain the richest economy in the world per capita.

>Lets privatize everything
Including healthcare? That's a red flag for me. Not everything can be run like a business with good results. Think about your parents. Having kids is a terrible financial decision, but here we are.

>but find a private firm to marry you
What does this mean?

>let people have arms to self defense
I'm a gun nut, but I like my chances of being shot as low as they are now, thanks.

>Free banking
Explain further.

>I firmly believe they will make Spain the richest economy in the world per capita.
Quit deluding yourself.

It doesn't seem to be the party for me, sorry.

Post more Vox. Keks for the kek god!!

>Lets open up borders
What do they mean by that?

no central bank, not saving the banks so they will have to stop multiplying money (or at least not creating so much). People will be free to use gold or the currencies they prefer. You have to study the Austrian business cycle theory to understand why its good (stop economic cycles).

>president
Literally what?

>They want to lower them to most of the population
As I said, I remain suspicious about this one in the mid-long term. Especially once the EU gets involved.
I suppose you talk about raising Income Tax (IRPF) to the richest. OK. I'm cool with that to an extent (France did a similar thing some years ago, I recall?)
But I wouldn't raise company taxes (Impuesto de sociedades) since that would imply reducing a company's benefits, that they should use in order togrow and create jobs. I would prefer encouraging companies to use those benefits in orders to invest in themselves.

I agree with you again regarding other issues. Corruption is a main topic. I think our police and judges do a decent job pursuing corruption but it's clear that it's not enough. We need more workforce into this field: more judges, more prosecutors and policemen, etc. But developing new and efficient regulation regarding public contracts and changing the Criminal Code to ensure corrupts are imprisoned once they're found guilty would be of similar or bigger importance. Prevention is better than the cure.

>Podemos-IU: Neocommunists-feminists.

JUST

I swear to god if those niggers get in power you guys better have a Franco 2.0 in waiting

>Pedro Sanchez
>Pablo Iglesias

Its like someone said "I want to have the two beanerest sounding stereotypical Spanish names I imaginable.

>Government has switched between right-wing and center for decades
>Sup Forums actually concerning Podemos might win
>A considerable amount of people in Sup Forums actually supporting Podemos

The ride has just begun

They're common Spanish names.

Exactly. In fact both Pedro and Pablo are commonly used to refer to beaners in general.

>But I wouldn't raise company taxes (Impuesto de sociedades) since that would imply reducing a company's benefits, that they should use in order togrow and create jobs. I would prefer encouraging companies to use those benefits in orders to invest in themselves.

Trickle down economics don't work.

If we are to create employment we should help PYMEs, as well as make it easier to actually start a business.

Every single person (10+) who I've talked to who started their own businesses a couple of decades ago, when asked if they would do it now answer things that go from "No, no way, it would be suicide" to "It would be harder for sure".

the logo for the political parties in spain look like apps.

Slightly tempted to post them in some forum now and try to make them guess which kind of app each logo is

I mean they really do right?

Why should I care about the president of Mexico?

>Pablo won
>Instant new republic, 30. style
>Spain is new Venezuela
>War with Britain over Gibraltar to save their asses
>Loses hard
>tfw when you will see balkanisation of Spain in your lifetime.

>you have to study the Austrian business cycle theory to understand why its good (stop economic cycles).
Has this been ever tested in the real world?
I like economic cycles. How the fuck I'm supposed to buy shares at 50% of their regular price otherwise?

They want progressive taxes, so I don't think it will hurt business as much as you fear, but I don't have the data at hand, so I won't claim otherwise.

Of course big fortunes that only server to fatten some big shot's lover wardrobe being taxed higher seems sensible to me.

We agree in corruption. Government should help investigate it instead of hindering it, as it's been doing thus far.

>I swear to god if those niggers get in power you guys better have a Franco 2.0 in waiting
Good. My aim is better than ever.

Are you aware that Pepe, the depressed amphibian, is also a Spanish name, right? Doesn't sound beaner to yanks?

Ignorant yanks shouldn't. Just make sure to maqe murrica grit agin.

Why the fuck are polish girls so hot. Answer me.

Do people actually buy into the Podemos => Venezuela shit?

Like I honestly thought it was just a meme parroted by PP

R1a haplogroup maybe?

>it was just a meme parroted by PP
It is. Parroted by PP and C's. It's getting harder to tell them apart, right?

But of course, parroting memes is Spanish Politics 101.

>R1a haplogroup
>It's not a porn tag yet.
Life is fucking suffering, my pole friend.

>>War with Britain over Gibraltar to save their asses
>Podemos
>The most tolerant (except with the white heteropatriarchy capitalism) party of them all
>Invading something

kek

I am unironically voting for PP this elections. Are there any others PPsters in Sup Forums?

It's not really "trickle down" as long as we keep taxing the richest people income with high tax rates.
It's just having a different focus: we raise Tax Income for the richest while we lower a Company Taxes.
This way, investors and counselors would be encouraged to keep their money on the company and fighting for it (under strict shareholders surveillance) instead of just getting an enormous slice for themselves when things march well and running away when shit hits the fan (this would work even better if we truly enforce anticorruption measures in order to pursue fraud, and Treasury -Hacienda- is already kinda good keeping an eye on all of this shit).

>If we are to create employment we should help PYMEs, as well as make it easier to actually start a business.
I agree, but isn't lowering PYMEs taxes a good way to help them? Not the only way, of course, but definitely one to keep in mind.

Just an opinion, of course :P

>Podemos government giving a shit about Gibraltar
kek

Some Commie from one of your 15 Commie parties. But don't worry, this time it'll definitely work.

>Are you aware that Pepe, the depressed amphibian, is also a Spanish name, right? Doesn't sound beaner to yanks?
yeah, but we've been calling them Pedros and Pablos since before the internet.

No. But congrats on being the only octogenarian that knows how to use the internet.

>since before the internet.
Ah, shit I remember that time. I literally fapped to real memories instead of gang bangs of mulato girls. Dark times.

>not voting Rivera
