I saw Chon open for Circa Survive and Thrice back in November and they were honest to god the most boring performance I have ever seen. Their fucking drummer had the most stage presence and they literally counted off how many songs they had left as they played if they knew what everyone there was eager for them to finish. They are the one time of the few times I actually got sleepy watching a band perform.
Now that I've gotten that rant out of the way I actually love the other three bands so maybe I'll go.

I don't care if chon is bro math, theyre still pretty good and i'd love to see them. TTNG have made at least 2 classic albums, and tricot are just fucking great so far. Polyphia live was kinda laughable because their lifeless, paper thin guitar tones were drowned out by rain and every song on the set was indistinguishable but i have no hate towards them. I'd love to go since i missed the last tour with strawberry girls and i've never seen any of the good bands on the roster

I went through Chon's discography once this tour was announced since it's so short and they are a band I would have really like when I was 12 when I thought the best guitarists were the ones that jerked off their guitars as they played. They aren't the worst and I actually like some of the jazzier stuff but overall they're kind of boring.
