Actually It's Alive came out in 1979.

The C.D. came out in 98. (And it's STILL not available in the U.S.)

They really didn't have a huge following in the U.S. Maybe it's due to that? IIRC they were huge in other countries

Ramones are the AC/DC of punk, a t shirt company first, a band second

>rapes children
>good artist

Well, at the turn of the century, their U.S. following has snowballed. Sure, it took them over 25 years to get any recognition, but now you hear Blitzkreig Bop to sell just about anything under the sun.

Plus this is CLASSIC Ramones we're talking about here. Not only does it capture what it was like to see the original line up in their heyday, and not only does it contain the best songs from the first three albums, it is a historical artifact as this is the New Years Eve 77-78 concert in London, England, it was the Rocket To Russia tour, and it was one of the last concerts with the original line up. Considering how big The Ramones have gotten in the U.S. through the years, it should be available domestically.

The patricians choice for Doom Metal. (I would've posted Witchfinder General, but I don't want to get banned)
