This man is responsible for
Faith No More
Mr. Bungle
Tomahawk
Peeping Tom
And not a single one is worth remembering.
What other artists have contributed so much bad music across multiple projects?

>responsible for Faith No More
Not true.

Okay, I know I'm going to be a hypocrite here, but this is shaping up to be a great thread.
RHCP >>> FNM/MRB every day of the week. Remember that, you dirty philistines.
sup reddit
Chuck Moseley's Faith No More is even worse than Patton's.
Reminder Gay Dad Explosion is Anton Newcombe's tripcode
Jim O'Rourke
Robert Fripp
Hey tripfag who is ashamed of his music taste, stop dodging this post.
Another good pick
proof
threads like these are the reason why tripfags get a bad rep whenever they use a trip correctly
>solo pop on Drag City

Man this guy sucks.
They're pretty different outside the funk label. Different approaches to it from all of those bands.
The only reason you'd bring this up is because of the retarded feud between Kiedis and Patton, and if you judge music based on shit like that you're honestly retarded.
>donkey shit is better than horse shit every day of the week bros
Both bands are absolutely horrible.
He mentioned three you fucking illiterate, dyscalculic retard.
No, I brought this up from a post some idiot left on one of my threads discussing RHCP. But anyway, FNM only experiments for the sake of experimenting, while RHCP is able to eloquently use their experimentation for emotional delivery.
3 reasons why for each, contrarian. Now.
it's even more hilarious because Patton is pretty arrogant about his status in the rock scene
3 reasons for both
1. cheesy
2. stupid voiced vocalists, one an extremely talented singer, the other a horrible singer, and yet both, silly stupid voiced retards who rob their bands' music of any emotional gravity it could have had.
3.extreme dingle dork lol look at my neon pink fishnet shorts and knee pads fukin RAD dude! LOL!
But neither FNM or RHCP experiment that much. RHCP only really experimented on their earlier albums, and FNM is only really called experimental because of the eclecticity of their albums from Angel Dust forward.
If you said Mr. Bungle instead of FNM I could see your point, but even then it's so disconnected from the other two bands that's it's not even a worthwhile comparison.
>emotional gravity
What a faggot. Not everything has to be melodramatic and "deep." I just want to laugh.
Max Martin
Patton's only good work was that EP he did with the Dillinger Escape Plan.
>This man is responsible for
Fuck all that other shit. My man did the score for Crank: High Voltage and for that and that alone he is a golden god
best Dillinger Escape Plan release, honestly
True
Timbaland, Pharrell, Steven Wilson
>HIPA CHIPA WOOWOOOOWWWWW
>DIKA DICKA DICK DICK!!!
>CALIFOOOOOOOOOOWWWNIAAAAAAA
If that makes you laugh... alright.
>self-fellating, melodramatic vocal melodies give music their """emotional depth"""
Please teach me how to be a big mature adult like you
Wasn't implied at all. What was said was that a shitty le goofball LOL vocalist can ruin any potential a band has for communicating powerful emotions. This is true.
>no Sonic Youth
The way you are trying so hard here makes me want to hate the guy for the pretentious fans he clearly attracts.
Embarrassing
what makes you think he wants to communicate "powerful emotions" (sounds gay as fuck) in their music? and maybe they're not similar emotions that reflect your taste?
The dissonance between the fact that Mike is as talented as he is but still just wants to sing about taking shits down peoples' throats is funny as fuck to me and all I need to want to listen to his music. I don't need "powerful emotions" when listening to him. There are plenty of other artists for that.
>>DIKA DICKA DICK DICK!!!
haha dude that was pretty good you should write songs!
Wow thats pretty good...
You sound like a dumb grimesfag
>emotions are gay
how does it feel to be completely maladjusted to life and disproportionately at risk for deadly diseases as a consequence?
youtube.com
How long can you last?
Already listened to this multiple times this week, but I guess I can give it another go!
>completely dodges the questions
Nice butthurt drivel but answer the questions though.
>"powerful emotions" (sounds gay as fuck)
Top tier post, lad.
>VOCALS SHOULD ALWAYS BE VERY VERRRY EMOTIONAL :(
Babby's first introduction to any music.
thx
i'm asian btw
wasn't saying that dummy. i was pointing out your retarded statement that powerful emotions sound (gay as fuck).
In the context of what he was replying to, yes the statement was gay as fuck
there's more than two people on this website idiot. that was the first post I made in this thread
Shut up, Anton.
You can go back to your very veeery emotional top 10 pop now with very emotional vocals now. No use trying to argue when you clearly can't.
and besides, "emotionless" vocals are boring as fuck. every singer should have emotion, even it isn't "powerful" or "deep"
Mike Patton has emotional vocals I dont know why we are talking about this at this point?
lolwut I just said I wasn't saying what you're saying I'm saying and you're still saying I'm saying what you initially said I was saying even though I said I wasn't saying that
I don't know either
who's your favorite vocalist
I like Roger Daltrey
Pale Waves
Brendon Urie.
David Yow
