I've studied deep ecology and animal rights in school, I've seen the slaughter house videos, and I grew up with some vegans. I agree with all the arguments, and I even like that Smiths album.
But I also like traveling to developing countries, camping, and fine dining. So while I'll support ethical animal treatment and am supportive of animal rights movements, there's no way I'll go vegetarian.
Ever had a good rare steak? Or properly done steelhead trout? Ever eaten yassa in West Africa?
