Also, I see the vast amount of European hate lumped into Greece and Spain, why do you not see as much Euro hate for Poland since they are such a large net draw?
Carter Roberts
Someone explain to me how this chart is faulty. I understand some of the other countries...and i understand the memes
But in real life...portugal cannot legitimately be more of a burden to the EU than we romania are... so ..some1 explain where the chart is faulty
Owen Campbell
because germany and other richer countries get access to the east european market in exchange for subsidies.
Jeremiah Reed
Why would you want to be president?
> listen to diplomats from shithole countries all day > work 16 hours a day > it's your fault if there's a war
Benjamin Thomas
they're a large country with a shittier economy.
Eli King
Every Cent we pay comes back. Even the money that went to Greece is spent for German products.
Caleb Bell
Well, for one their economy is supported by cheap labor from the poorest EU countries.
In Spain it is a sign of status to "decide" to "move" to Germany for work. We're so lucky Spain got gradually de-industralized by German companies buying out ours when our industry was choking due to the debt the ECB sold us to pay off the debt they had sold us before. We should've stayed clear of this whole fucking mess that is the EU.
Germany basically owns half of Europe and half of Europe is in there slaving for them. It was a smart way to recover after WWII, forming the Union.
Jordan Reyes
LOL Poland hacking the system
Jaxon Rogers
Trade is not reflected in that chart. Germany has billions upon billions of euros in trade interests. Also Romania has the largest oil fields in Europe and a bunch of cool metals, whereas Portugal has...fish and uh tappas. So the EU spends a bunch on Portugal to prevent it sliding into the abyss. In return it serves as a decent market to export to (something that wouldn't be possible if you let it become an extension of northern Africa with regard to economics).
Now of course the question is; is all of that worth giving up sections of your sovereignty to an EU parliament?
Michael Bell

>liberal cucks act like liberal cucks

Poles were fucked from soviet occupation, the Greek and Spanish fucked themselves by being lazy and socialist.
Evan Richardson
Because 4bn is nothing for free market access and being involved in laws of 28 states.
Luis Cook
Germany's trade balance is way in the black so they are siphoning cash out of all the other EU nations. Putting back 8bn is nothing compared to what they have gotten out of it.
Angel Garcia
Those numbers do not include the welfare checks to Greece (so far 300bn for 3 years)
Matthew Johnson
germany is a fucking cuck.
think canada, just doubled down on cuckness, add some self-hate and remove cultural pride - voilá, thats what modern germany is made off.
Camden Lopez
(((they))) work the same everywhere in the world (except best korea ofc)
Nicholas Morgan
Money we pay to the EU is taxpayers money. Not sure if you are aware but tax payers monies are utterly expendable. In turn our corporations reap in gigantic profits that they stash in Panama et al
Ayden Thomas
No one has told you i see.
The reason is the Euro and the common market, and the fact that they pretty much wield the biggest stick of all membership countries(they have a lot of power in the EU system).
Right now the Euro is trading at a level much lower compared to what an alternate currency which only represented the German economy. This means that they are constantly out-competing industry in the other membership countries due to their high productivity which normally would result in a strong currency.
In other words ; The Germans are making killing in the Eurozone.
This. I can't believe normies are not aware of this shit (and I'm counting OP as a normie obviously).
Jaxson Clark
Dude Germany's GDP is 3500 million euros
7 million is nothing for them
Carson Bailey

>Now of course the question is; is all of that worth giving up sections of your sovereignty to an EU parliament?

Grayson Rodriguez

Because all the rational German men died fighting for the Nazis, leaving only the weak, effete, feminized, cucked men and emotional women left to carry on.
Leo Martin
This. And especially this:
Samuel Perry
Think of the money as a membership fee. The reason their economy is doing so great is because of their EU membership. The free trade and common laws allow them to rake in billions upon billions from inner EU business. Also, they are interested in developing their partners. Imagine if poland was as rich as germany and could afford to purchase twice as many german made products. Germany wins.
Hudson Collins
Not sure trade balance is any way relevant. The countries that export little but import a lot are also benefitting because they're getting lots of goods.
Do think trade itself is relevant though. The fact that they can more easily trade within EU is very helpful for the economy which in turn assists on the fiscal side.
Isaac Davis
Wow, thanks everyone, I actually learned a lot here............very interesting, God, it's all the more obvious why everyone hates the EU
I am but a lowly salmon hatchery manager in Alaska.......I make Chinook and Coho for a living, so I'm far removed from this high level shit.
