Is there a franchise in baseball more synonymous with winning than the LA Dodgers?
Since 2008, they've made 5 NLCS appearances (including this year), won the most regular season games, only missed the playoffs twice, and have by far the largest payroll in major league baseball.
That's cool I guess. Living in the past might be all you have at this point.
Dylan Nelson
>Living in the past >OP is literally talking about since 2008
Aiden Robinson
>largest payroll >cant win a playoff series >meanwhile a team full of stoner burnouts and undesirables wins 3 chips kek
Daniel Morgan
Act of God, you say?
Noah Scott
>>cant win a playoff series
2008 Cubs, 2009 Cardinals, 2013 Braves, 2016 Nationals and 2017 Diamondbacks would like to say hello
Ayden Turner
They're best baseball club of the last decade. Real baseball fans know that consistency over a large sample size is the true measure of success, and the Dodgers have the best overall record over that time span.
Anyone can fluke a WS (like the Giants).
Landon Gray
The Dodgers have even more playoff series wins than the Giants this past decade
Dodgers have 5 series wins, Giants only have 4
LOL!
Landon White
>the berlin wall was still standing >the internet hadnt even been invented yet >the super nintendo didnt even exist >the Arizona diamondbacks were established as an expansion team, and won a title before the dodgers >the expos still existed >the twin towers were attacked, rebuilt, attacked again, and rebuilt AGAIN >yugoslavia was still a country >4 presidents have taken office, 3 with consecutive terms
wasnt there a minute long gif revealing that this was actually a canadian?
Brandon Smith
What's it like sweeping the worst rotation that made it past the WC round in either league?
Anthony Carter
5 series wins in 9 years is not that impressive
Andrew Adams
>Not getting the reference
Julian Long
as a historycuck, im am triggered into the atmosphere that she thinks the germans bombed pearl harbor
Carter Edwards
Sorry, but this website is for people over the age of 18
Austin Fisher
what is she referencing? totally when over my head too
Jeremiah Thomas
Yes it is. The Dodgers have won over 40% of their playoff games
Robert Robinson
They haven't won a fucking championship in almost 30 years. They're the LEAST successful LA team.
Austin Flores
They've won 10 division championships, pendejo.
Chase Lopez
Who fucking cares? You think the Washington Capitals are happy with all the division titles they've won?
Ryan Allen
>the poodres have won a pennant more recently than the Dodgers
That's how trash you are lmao
Liam Jenkins
Until this year
The division the Dodgers play in has produced 4 WS champions this century. They'll be the 5th
Grayson Bell
Since 2008, the Dodgers have played in 49 playoff games. Including this sweep, they've won 24. That's nearly half their playoff games
Ethan Cruz
Sorry to break it with you but the whole world thinks the Yankees must be the best team in baseball because they are the only team we've heard of. Your irrelevant team will never catch up.
Hunter Campbell
It means jack shit if you don't win the big prize.
Nicholas Bell
The Dodgers are the Yankees biggest rivals.
Chase Turner
Except continued regular season dominance of the MLB
Gavin Rodriguez
at being insufferable cunts
Jacob Lewis
this HAS to be bait
Nathan Howard
>shifts goal posts >still is BTFO
Angel Gomez
>Is there a franchise in baseball more synonymous with winning than the LA Dodgers? Yankees Cardinals Giants :^) Red Sox A's
>2009 Cardinals I enjoy that you have to bring up a series played last decade since the cardinals have fed you your lunch every time you've met in he playoffs in the 2010s
Isaiah Peterson
That's cool, how many World Series have the Dodgers been to since 2008?
Aiden Rivera
>That's cool, how many World Series have the Dodgers been to since 2008? You mean how many have they been to since 1988?
John Cox
That too.
Juan Robinson
Doesn't matter, Dodgers have just had bad management since the 1980s, that changed when we got Zaidi and Roberts. Similar situation to the 2004 red sox. Get ready to see a decade of dodger dominance
