Loma Prieta's Last City will always have a special place in my heart.
I feel like Yaphet Kotto's The Killer was in the Government Blankets needs to be on there.
Thanks, man.

Also Loma Preita but I'm not familiar with the new wave screamo stuff.
Other stuff from that era that doesn't exactly fit the genre but worth checking out:

The definitive bands were during a very brief period of 3-5 years but goddamn if that wasn't a memorable time for punk rock.

Hey faggots, this is skramz now. How do you feel
Thank you
orchid's entire discography, really
doc 5 is better tee bee aych
jokes on you i actually like mcr, mainly three cheers tho
I love everything about this album except the final track; I don't understand why they did that.
>doc 5 is better
I have to disagree. #5 has standout songs, one or two which may be better than what's on #8, but 8 is far more cohesive and organic. It feels like an actual album - each song complimenting and growing from the one before, incapable of existing without the other - and combined with Kurt Ballou producing you get PG 99's magnum opus.
