In an unprecedented move the US Customs and Border Protection Agency has put forth a 60 Day notice and Request for comments about its new policy of collecting your online information for the purposes on all travel and departure forms. This is UNCONSTITUTIONAL under the 4th Amendment and they are trying to slip it by you the people.
What this means is that the US Federal Government will link every single American's electronic activity to their passport and identity. This means in the future you can be denied right of passage if you are placed under an online watchlist based on anything you might have ever typed on the internet.
>Agency Information Collection Activities: Arrival and Departure Record (Forms I-94 and I-94W) and Electronic System for Travel Authorization
You have 60 days to fight this infringement of your rights or once again let the DHS restrict travel and increase surveillance of the American population.
You would think Customs and Border Protection would be working on ... Customs and Border Protection, not mass surveillance of all online activity of every single American citizen.
I'm going out now so I'll have to read this later, here's a bamp in the mean time

Americans are too content and uninterested in what their rights are. We're aware of the consequences but we simply do not have the drive to get the fuck off of our asses to do anything about it. This isn't interesting enough for the majority of Americans to pay any sort of attention to. I don't think any sort of large scale protest or revolt will happen until one of our cities gets nuked.
Elijah Turner
Honestly don't care at this point senpai. Nothing I say or do will change anything. Besides, nothing to hide nothing to fear desu.
>all ready
Jason Ward
“Please enter information associated with your online presence—Provider/Platform—Social media identifier.” It will be an optional data field to request social media identifiers to be used for vetting purposes, as well as applicant contact information. Collecting social media data will enhance the existing investigative process and provide DHS greater clarity and visibility to possible nefarious activity and connections by providing an additional tool set which analysts and investigators may use to better analyze and investigate the case.Show citation box
It's optional and you can supply a fake profile, idiots
Aiden Young
Pragmatically, wouldn't it be cheaper to just deport the undesirables?
How do we even stop this? Grovel at my congressman, who cares so much about us? Sign a petition?
What do we do OP?
Henry Murphy
Americans claim to be number 1 in the world and yet they're copying the Chinese. Really makes you think, huh.

As much as I dislike those cunts, you need to post this on Plebbit, so that we can link twitter and kikebook back to a central point
Jack Gonzalez
Gunfags on suicide watch. Let's see if your 2nd amenmen is going to save you from the wrath of the federal government. You poked the all seeing eye with your disobedience. There's no going back now.

THIS APPLIES TO ALIENS NOT AMERICANS
>CBP Forms I-94 (Arrival/Departure Record) and I-94W (Nonimmigrant Visa Waiver Arrival/Departure Record) are used to document a traveler's admission into the United States. These forms are filled out by aliens and are used to collect information on citizenship, residency, passport, and contact information. The data elements collected on these forms enable the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to perform its mission related to the screening of alien visitors for potential risks to national security and the determination of admissibility to the United States.
Juan Jenkins
That's kind of what going from rural educated farming society to industrial walmart center does to a country.
Lucas Torres
Yeah why be bothered with whats going on outside any area beyond your concern when you have everything you could possibly need? Nobody needs to be bothered writing to their representatives because everything is OK for the vast majority of us.
Juan Butler
so they want you to tell them what your online handles are?
Benjamin Gonzalez
I can't wait till we collapse
Nathan Johnson
Great, now my shitposting will be presented in court as fact
Gabriel Baker
Isn't this just for looking for people searching ISIS shit?
All kinds of media is legal in America, so even if you're searching gay bestiality rape fantasy necrophilia hentai the border protection agency isn't going to restrict your movement.
Joshua Baker
Hawaii also has a firearm owner registry check that remains open on you with the fbi for simply exercising your constitutional right now.
Adrian Brown
This is for foreigners. No effect on US citizens; foreigners get fukt, you don't get rights.
Jason Ramirez
fek
Austin Murphy
Lol jokes on them I browse incognito
Dylan Taylor
Looks like it's an optional field where you CAN enter the ID associated with your online presence. You can just leave it blank.
Gavin Diaz
How can you be so naiv?
Joseph Ortiz
Furthermore, It's fucking opt-in. If aliens want to volunteer social media accounts they hold, they can do so on the updated version of this form. This is nothing but a testament to how shit and limpdick our vetting process actually is. If this is their idea of responding to recent terror attacks, it is a joke.
>Customs officer: "Do you have any social media accounts you would like to tell Uncle Sam about?" >Abdul al-Kaboom:"No...?" >Customs officer: "That's fine. Move along"
Alexander Anderson
BUMP
WE MUST FIGHT THIS.
Matthew Moore
Ignore this shitposting Australian trying to trick us to not make immigration screening hell for all aliens that wish to come here.
Evan Cox
It's ok, the government is just going to kill us all no matter what anyways. None of us are in their 144k survivors plan.
Landon Reed
Wait....can anyone confirm this?
Does it only apply to non-US citizens?
Nolan Price
Actually, it states it collects data on people traveling into and out of the country so it can keep a record of who is going where. I am to assume this is to tie lone wolf trainers with any foreign bodies pushing attacks on the country with the terrorists who perform the act
That way, as an example, the Islam group can't bring the family out and friends and say "lol he was a good boy, it was because he was being pushed by anti-muslim haters". The governemnt can point its finger at the times of travel and names on the list and fuck those creating these attackers in the ass
It says nothing about collecting data on people who are citizens of the US. It only collects data on foreigners traveling to and from the US. Just so you know, this information was always fucking collected when traveling to and from the states internationally, the proposal is to allow this information to be stored for recordkeeping so we can potentially track terrorists/enemies of the government and its people
Jonathan Jenkins
Our government is really really stupid due to affirmative action. I'm srs
Ethan Ortiz
"t will be an optional data field to request social media identifiers to be used for vetting purposes, as well as applicant contact information. Collecting social media data will enhance the existing investigative process and provide DHS greater clarity and visibility to possible nefarious activity and connections"
Its a single small box/area for people to write in their facebook/twitter/etc. info so we can see if they are communicating with evil fucks.
Adrian Turner
Ok, people, breathe. Got me? Breathe.
Fucking Aussies shitposting again by twisting the language of the proposal.
1. This applies only to NON-US aliens, and DOES NOT apply to citizens.
2. Even if it applies to aliens, it still does NOT apply to ALL ALIENS. In fact, it only applies to aliens who are using the VISA WAIVER PROGRAM.
3. Get ready for the big change, guys... here it is ..... Aliens in the VWP will be given a sheet of paper with a field.... and....
>It will be an optional data field to request social media identifiers to be used for vetting purposes, as well as applicant contact information.
Yes! Horror of horrors! Aliens that arrive with be given the option of providing their Facebook name! HOW WILL FREEDOM SURVIVE THIS!
CERTAINLY WE WILL ALL PERISH!
Luis James
Yup. The Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) applies to aliens seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) and requires that VWP travelers provide information electronically to CBP before embarking on travel to the United States without a visa. >Travelers who are entering the United States under the VWP in the air or sea environment, and who have a travel authorization obtained through ESTA, are not required to complete the paper Form I-94W. Fuck foreignors, this is exactly what Trump would want, and because of him, it's happening now.
Carson Miller
Thanks, m9; will comment for sure.
Michael Peterson
>Its a single small box/area for people to write in their facebook/twitter/etc. info so we can see if they are communicating with evil fucks.
Exactly, and they don't even have to fill it in.
This is fucking nothing.

Jackson Cook

Austin Cook
I read the site
Christian Roberts
No doubt is has hidden language that allows this to be applied to American citizens at a later date, triggered by some other as yet unannounced bill. Never trust these fuckers.
Besides, it's the CIA and FBI that finds and radicalizes these goat fucking bastards for the most part. Then we need to give up more of our freedoms to combat 'terrorism'.
It's a racket.
Zachary Clark
See second post of the thread. The link contains the Request for Comments, express your contention with this new policy there.
David Perez
Kikes want to punish anyone that doesnt agree with Israel remaining in palestine.
Colton Bailey
That would require another bill. As it stands, this is nothing but a change to the form for an option to provide social media so they can verify your claims of "I dindu nuffin."
Christopher Johnson

Murdering people in the street would accomplish nothing at this point. It would only harm the cause. Right now weapons are a means of defense. Their purpose as an equalizer will emerge once the first rock is thrown and violence is used on the people. I doubt that will ever happen though.
Adam King
I am a FED, though. I kinda had to take an oath to protect the Constitution. Now who's on suicide watch?

The USA is truly fucked. There will be no revolution. There will be no rebellion. The people won't "wake up" because the slow stirring of the pot does not scare them.
This fucking faggot again. Your call to hold back "And not cause a stir" is straight defeatism. You incorrectly assume there is a peaceful solution. There is not. There is not a misunderstanding between government and people. It has been planned, organized, constructed, and ordained. Pieces have been laid out. People have been paid. Genocide is behind the curtain of every televised debate, every speech, every senate hearing, every executive order.
The American people will not vote their way out of tyranny.
What I say is true, regardless of who I am or what I do.
Jacob Morgan
It's not time yet. It's not ad-hominem, but rather a strawman.

You're already in NGI if you own a legally registered gun, don't get it twisted.

How can you truly know, unless you are a gun owning manchild?

It'll just be a pork-barreled amendment to the patriot act.
We both know this.

This user is right. The America Government is totally controlled by multinationals with no loyalty to America or her people, in fact, most people who work for the American government either don't care about or outright despise America. The media, academia, corporations and the government are all controlled by people who want to do harm to the United States. Americans will rise up or parish.
