Not gonna happen. Governments can't just write laws that rewrite history. Wealth will never be redistributed but access to capital that generates wealth will become more of an outreach effort instead of the "hey I'm more valuable because I'm more difficult to find."
The resentment, the jealousy is human nature. You just gotta simplify the process. Level the playing field. This has to be the main objective of working anywhere for anybody in any industry.
I'm no anarchist, but fair is fair.
