Torrent has hardcoded subtitles

>torrent has hardcoded subtitles

>camrip skips a scene you know you saw in theaters

>torrent has hardcoded chinese subtitles

>torrent of a foreign film does not have subtitles and there are no subtitles that match in any page either

What Elsa scene is that?

>subtitles don't match dialog

>watching a stream of a movie
>audio is slightly off causing a time delay so i dont hear the dialog at the same time the actors say it

you dont check for that? itll tell you

Easily fixable in VLC.

>torrent video file
>mkv format
>no embedded subtitle
Fucking morons

>watch movie with subtitles
>foreign character appears
>his lines are already subbed in the movie
>additional subtitles say [speaking in foreign language], obscuring the original subtitles

why are you watching a camrip if you've seen it already

>Torrent is in Russian and the link you got in from no where said it was in Russian

Wtf how hard is it to just say what language this show is dubbed so I don't waste my time downloading something with an angry drunk russian yelling all the lines

>hard subs don't even match the dialogue

>torrent is in czech

>payed for a movie because i'm not a thief

>everything works fine

Sometimes it'll be dual audio with the foreign language as the default. You should always check.

>tfw I watched hors de prix with no subs despite knowing almost no French

Still enjoyed the movie desu.

>It's a Hong Kong action movie I literally payed real money for to buy the DVD on amazon
>Subtitles are delayed slightly and slowly get more and more out of sync as the film progresses.
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME

Name 5 movies where this happens

I did the same for a Serbian film. I think I understood a surprising amount.

I've had this happen on a few torrents, but never on an actual physical release. How the fuck do they even mess that up.

How?

Tools -> Track synchronization

>download movie with normal name and specs
>one audio file and it's russian
CYKA BLYAT

Seems like more people should read the finer print

>movie has a dub that isn't in English

>want to watch movie for free
>only YIFI and 30 GB rip have seeds

>torrent is not YIFY
where do you get all your V:10 YIFY rips bros

>downloads torrents that arent JYK

KEK

>1080p 4GB
might aswell just go for the yify

Kys or let me do it. Only a pleb would ever pay for something he can get for free.

That's the torrents I usually grab. Once downloaded a 15 GB by accident and didn't notice any difference.

A good system I've developed to pick and choose good quality to size ratio for movies is to have a minimum of 3GB or 4GB for every hour of the movie.

So if the movie is a typical 1 hour and 30 minutes, I should expect to find a movie of at least size 5.5-6GB.

If a movie is 2 hours, I expect to find a movie of at least 6-8 GB.

This almost always gives me the best balance between size and quality.

>payed

>Be partially deaf
>Torrent doesn't have subs and lots of whisper scenes or scenes where people talk over loud noises
or
>Subs are made by some asshole who speaks english as a second language and doesn't know relatively unused words like "rapport" so he types in "rap tort" as if that's a word

what are the aspects of your kinostation?

>comparing JYK to YIFY
>implying there is a better uploader

I have a 32" screen.

>watching movies in a 720p TV

>torrent doesn't include subtitles

not going for ganool
ya don goofed

>foreign movies comes with dozens of subtitles files
>subtitles are exactly on the right timing
>subtitles change colors when they're speaking a different language
