Really, user?
>Now in darkness world stops turning,
>Ashes where the bodies burning
>No more War Pigs have the power,
>Hand of God has struck the hour
>Day of judgement, God is calling
>On their knees the war pigs crawling,
>Begging mercies for their sins
>Satan, laughing, spreads his wings
>Oh Lord yeah
You think this might have been a clue
>ozzy's lyrics
underage
>listening to Sabbath ever
What are you, 12?
Ozzy had almost no input on any of sabbaths lyrics, Geezer wrote most of them including war pigs and he is openly catholic
Wait so
>didn't write lyrics
>didn't make music
Why the fuck does he get so much praise, then?
because he was iconic
Iommi and Butler were raised as Catholics. Ozzy claims he's an agnostic who believes in nature or some shit like that.
He's the all-time maddest lad
he had some pretty good songs like Crazy Train
that all the dads remember
His iconic and incredibly unique voice really sold Sabbath's songs, he just matched so well with the music.
Whether it was the overwhelming gothic terror of songs like Black Sabbath, or especially the peak of his singing on Symptom of the Universe and Megolomania, he's just such a natural for the sound.
Also his look is all time kino for the whole medium.
Geezer Butler wrote Black Sabbath's lyrics ya fool
>black SABBATH
oh yeah totally not obvious there
He probably made the band more iconic than they ever could've been without him. His voice is also one of the best 70s rock voices and his gothic image is kino as fuck (see even this dude knows it)
>"Where did this come from?" She said, "From animals," and that was it.
Imagine being this much of a beta faggot
>allusion to jewish tradition
>YEA OBVIOUSLY CHRISTIAN DUUUUUH
