Hello Sup Forums
I'll start university in october and I have the option to pick a second language other than English.
German is out of the question, I tried to study it in highschool but even after 5 years I couldn't put a sentence together.
So my choices are Spanish or French, which one do you think is more useful? I know that Spanish is spoken a lot more, but I've read that it's not worth learning, unless you're american, because there's so many spanish people there. Meaning French would be more useful to an european.
What are your thoughts?
Hello Sup Forums
French
Honestly there's very little difference in relevancy between the two. Pick the one that appeals most to you.
French. La plus belle langue.
that would be italian
>little diference
kek
French if you want to speak to niggs, mohammeds and cowards
Spanish if you want to speak to drug dealers, cheap prostitutues and americans
Spanish will be a little easier, but you should go with the one that has most things that interest you. Do you read literature? If so, pick the one that has more authors or works you're interested in reading and that's it.
Absoluement pas. Algerian?
Learn Catalan instead. It will be the future European lingua franca.
I'd say French, I like French
am honestly giving up hope on ever becoming fluent in German. I could read and put more effort into it I just don't have any drive. I haven't had a proper German conversational partner in two years they're so hard to get and Germans are usually so unpleasant about people learning their language. I'm still quite far off from being able to really read through major German philosophy and literature. I could keep persisting just to ultimately have curt conversations with people that don't want to talk to me
>Spanish will be a little easier
except it isn't
false friends are too confusing
but yeah the grammar is same
Is German harder for Italians? Because I could read and write in it after like 2 years
>which one do you think is more useful?
spenish is more usefl of course
The similarity between Spanish and Italian is just too big user. Italian is easier than French for Spanish speakers too. Anyway, op seems to speak English foo so there won't be much of a problem either way.
If they don't know English, sure. But op seems a bit retarded based on his experience.
They are totally different, Italian is a Romance language while German is West Germanic.
Very few people that study spanish pronounce it as well as italians
French pronunciation is more different, go for spanish amicci))
Italians and greeks are the best at pronouncing spanish. Fingols ain't bad as either.
If the choice is only between these two I suggest French, because Spanish is so similar to Italian that you can basically talk in Italian and spaniards will understand you, and vice versa.
Learn Greek instead, it's the language of the future.
I know all that but your English seems fine and that's all I know other than Germ speak
>cowards
Must be embarrassing to know cowards spent their whole history humiliating you
this
French and Spaniards are shitskin subhumans
I am a greek
French will be more useful for you because of the French, Belgians, Swiss, North Africans, Syrians/Lebanese, and black Africans in Europe.
>because there's so many spanish people there
Of all of the people that I would have expected saying this, it was not a fucking Italian.
>Forced to convert to Christianity
>not picking Arabic or Turkish
See the future of Europe
...same with you
Learn Romanian, the language of the elite.
We took Christianity with open hands, the Tercios forced your king in Paris to kneel to Carlos, not quite the same.
French, vou don't want to understand what spanitards or latins says trust me.
