How do we grow baseball in Europe?

How do we grow baseball in Europe?

you can't grow it because you need baseball fields and we have limited space and money that goes to football pitches, ice rinks and indoor arenas for multipurpose use

I have a baseball field 5 minutes from my house.

>How do we grow baseball in Europe?
we don't

Oy vey

I like the idea of going to a batting centre, it seems like fun but I doubt there's even one in all of the UK.

Maybe I could make one as a business, sell baseball caps and shit on the side.

It's unironically the only yank sport that isn't shit.

Stick it on the telly and it might get popular.

Play ball.

me too

you let them do all the things at baseball games they're not allowed to do at football matches any more.

Stand up, drink and racially abuse nignogs?

You tried it over here after WW II and failed miserably

Don't bother trying again, the "sport" is just way too boring

do it

Allow them to sing nursery rhymes and pretend that banners are a great show of emotion
Pro/rel

Baseball is far too complicated and nuanced for European "minds." They'd much rather watch some guy kick a ball on the ground.

>Baseball is far too complicated and nuanced for European

It's not as complex as cricket or as slow, and has the populist feel of footer. It could take of in emgland. We invented it after all.

Focus on spreading apehoop popularity, that's a game worth of germanic genes.

They can do all of this in their own European baseball leagues.
>pro/rel
I'd love to see MLB do this, but it would require a fundamental overhaul of the current league structure, and likely too much pushback.

I was thinking about how cool pro/rel would be in the MLB the other day, but its obviously not something that will ever happen.

How did Taiwan invent baseball?

Why do we need to?

pretty much
