Don't really know much about Fascist/NatSoc movements in the US, I'm "involved" with some European movements though
We don't need a huge number of Fascists, all we need is a good leader and a party to follow. The average person still holds, atleast some views like us, maybe not on authoritarianism but on the sake of the people and on the future of their countries.

You should be able to tell by the way he speaks, what he wants and tries to achieve, and how he achieves it. If you look at all the leaders of skinhead or current NatSoc groups (Atleast in the UK) they're alright if you just want to throw some protests or fights but you can easily tell they wouldn't be able to achieve anything on a larger scale. Dictatorships eventually fall to infighting and corruption. The world hasn't really seen a Fascist Dictatorship handle succession crisis, but Communist and "democratic" Dictators have shown much issues.
If you want Dictatorship, you might as well go full Monarchy. Adds stability and gives more credit towards successions.
On the subject of Republics, you'll face the same Issue we have in the U.S. You offer too much power to fools and idiots, and eventually we'll be back to our degenerate ways due to the old guard eventually passing away.

Homosexuality is a problem but it's still a pretty big thing in every country, obviously there would need to be laws put in place against parades and pro gay propaganda being broadcasted on tv but personally I don't think we need to go "GAS THE FAGS, SEXUALITY WAR NOW".

I'm not really sure how you'd recognise a good leader though apart from what I said earlier. I know, just look at Nigel Farage's "accidents", his plane crashed and after Nigel survived the pilot threatened to kill him a while later or the other time when the wheels fell of his car when he was on the motorway. As impossible as it sounds, it's something that needs to be fought against, I'm trying to make some moves here, gain some popularity and start a movement/party in the next few years, guess we'll see how that goes. The first generation should be a full on facist dictatorship with the leader having complete power over the people and country.
Before he retires however, a transition should be made into a democratic republic where only land owning white men of the ages 20 to 60 should be allowed to vote.
Every man should be drafted into the army after high school for a two or three year term. This will keep the country from findng itself in any foolish wars, since fathers will have to lose sons or young men will have to go themselves.
No women should be allowed to vote, ever. No women should be allowed in the armed forces. No woman should be allowed to hold high office, like a senator or governor.
Immigration should be heavily restricted with only whites and VERY high iq east Asians allowed in and only in small numbers.
A rough copy of the American consitution would be adopted so the citizens can enjoy the rights every Human should.
Eugenics programs should be funded. Breeding a better man should be a primary goal.
The international policy would be very isolationist, think of Japan or Israel.

There isn't. Now, I'd say that looking back, one of the best voices and groups was the William Pierce and the National Alliance since he was one of the old school guys who was inspired by George Lincoln Rockwell however once Pierce died the thing that made the National Alliance special, it's filtering out of unwanted types (ie skinheads and people with prison records), started faltering. We need a movement that on it's surface doesn't look too "far-right" but has the right principle that reach. As for a leader, well again we need someone like Pierce except with Charisma.

A strong and ideal National Socialist country would not punish people with death penalties or life sentences in prison. I believe exile is the proper punishment for things like rape and muder.
Treason would be the only crime that should be punished with death.
Things like homosexuality, feminism, leftist ideology, and other degenerate cancers should be debated by the best and brightest NatSoc thinkers and publicly beat down and exposed as being bad ideas.
Leftist thought preys upon the naive and uneducated youth primarily. Particularly women. So we must show the youth of the country that we do not fear or hate bad ideas, we simply refuse them.

Everyone here, I am a Physics grad student working towards my PhD
My vision is to wage war against the enemy using emerging technology against them. This is what motivates my study. Just look for example, at the dramatic impact the internet was able to have. Further improvements in education, communication, and critical thought could be just as powerful.
However I don't see ultimate victory being achieved in this fashion, only a delay in defeat. I believe if we want to achieve our vision, we need to get away from the entrenched powers that be that have entrenched themselves so effectively.
This means we need to get off world. Sound pretty out there? Indeed it is, but it is my vision. We need a place where we can establish our homeland. It will happen in the future, perhaps in 20 years, or perhaps in 200 years.
Once we have a means of travel to other habitable planets, I predict there will be a new explosion in diverse forms of government. Just as the discovery of the New World allowed for the American experiment, you'll have some people founding marxist utopias and others pursuing libertarian fever dreams. This is when we'll get our chance to form our state.
Perhaps we'll never develop this kind of space travel, but if we it turns out to be impossible life is pointless anyway in my opinion.
In the intervening time, the white race may indeed die. But as long as our mongrel sons keep the vision alive throughout the long ages, and a genetic rubric of our species is kept safely hidden away, we can indeed rise from the ashes.
One day, on a distant world white babies will be born. They will be taught to be proud and strong, noble and loyal. Their nation will grow, and they will rise to conquer the universe.
