2. Your maps also show that generally urban multiculti areas are stagnating growth wise or even getting less populated, while traditional white rural areas keep growing

Yes very good, at least France will maintain a stable population. I looked up pic related to see how the fertility rate changed over the years. In 2006 the fertility rate rose to 2, while a decade and a half before it was around 1.7. Did the French government start these subsidies for mothers in the mid to late 1990s?
