WTF i hate the british now
This movie was great. 12 Years A Slave was so disappointing.
If that's the only thing you got out of watching the film then delet urself.
Barry Lyndon was a sad and wild ride. This scene in particular got me and I kid you not, I know people who laugh at this scene.
You can't get more uncomfy than this.
...
why didn't he just have a cheeseburger and a can of coke?

Great film, and while I don't think I'd be able to commit terrorism I can understand why the IRA would take such measures.

>not Blue Ruin
Green Room had zero suspense other than the trapped in a room thing.
I was expecting someone to post this as soon as I saw this thread.

Un-know them

Straight Story was reasonably comfy at points.

Under the Skin, and not just because of Scotland
here's a movie that you should never watch:
Eden Lake
Fassbender is in it as well.
You said "films that make you feel somehow", well Eden Lake made me lose all feeling for 2 weeks. I gave up on the world and was pretty much done with life after watching it. I never wanna see it again. I guess that counts as feeling.
>Be a teenager when this comes out
>Expect standard revenge flick schlock akin to Death Wish
>turns out to be superbly acted low fi misery porn with a lead character ruled by his own self loathing more than a cheesy moral quest for justice.
The scene with Richard and Anthony reminiscing while sitting in those tractor tires still gets me to this day. Considine was terrifying throughout and Kebbell was so great I assumed he was an actor with a genuine disability till I started seeing him in other stuff.
Unbelievably good movie

Life Is Beautiful. The juxtaposition makes it.
Manchester By The Sea and Shame
Manchester by the sea was pretty heavy too
