Is all sleep paralysis strictly negative? I'm quite sure I had a very neutral experience with sleep paralysis a couple weeks ago

ive gotten it a couple of times but with no hallucinations or nightmares. i would just be awake and unable to move, i'd have to really shake myself out of it, would take a bit of time. never panicked when it did happen to me because i knew what was going on pretty quickly.
