Bugs...

Fried chicken has hazardous levels of cholesterol, typical American food

there are other good cuisines which are better than american lol

American "cuisine" is just plagiarised European cuisine.

Would that be the "soul food" that I heard of in a key & peele sketch?

Not really. Southern food is the convergence of European, African and Native American food ways. It's a creole cuisine no different than anything else in the Americas.

I've tried quite a few american dishes when I went there, like biscuit and gravy, alfredo, fried chicken, gumbo, etc didn't really like much of it.
Pretty much the only thing american cuisine does well is western fast food.
Americanized chinese and mexican is garbage.

Yes, soul food is fuckin good though. Fried chicken, catfish, sweet potatoes, macaroni salad and baked mac and cheese....
Black people can cook and SPICE their food well

You must have not gotten you food cooked by an old fat black woman.

mw I want to taste
>Goldie's Yo Yo Pudding
>Resurrection Cake
>Vickies Stickies
>Tutti's Fruited Porkettes
but I cant

I have had ribs cooked for me by an old fat black woman and they were good, but I've had better even in Sydney.
