I don't know so much yet, this is not an open society like burgerland, they have been mentioned.

been a bit afk from /sg/ and shit... need to grab up on this part.

As stated I get our special borkers going in, and I ofc have to support my country mens troops. Even though as I see it, they should have stayed out of this, as Ivan is in there, burgers, fucking everyone is in Syria!

Jesus titty fucking christ, what's next? The pope funds some "moderate" rebels?

nouredou al maout

ya bashar abu nusayri

lannat Allah alek

Yeah but does he fight? Does his AK (assuming that is his AK) see any action?

no Ivan doesnt fight

>yfw US-backed terrorists save the day
AL-BUKAMAL FALLS WHEN??

Didn't the new meme army get humiliated despite all the coalition support?

I guess it turns out Jordanians are no different from Syrians.

why do arab armies suck at war but arab militias are pretty good?

because the """militias""" have shekels

besides, compared to similar incidents with other arab armies the SAA is doing very well

Only post-Russian advisors and airstrikes, though.

Even beforehand, considering the state that the SAA was in.
Libya crumbled easily

Lybia was doing fine before NATO bombed them to oblivion.

Libya wasn't surrounded by countries harboring rebels.
The SAA is incompetent and inexperienced but they put up a better fight than most analysts imagined. They were meant to have collapsed by mid 2012 at most.

this In the Clinton emails, I read that Qaddhafi, though asking for some material aid from the EU to finish the war 'quickly', he was in no real danger of collapsing. Then they got the bright idea of doing the exact opposite.

Make no mistake, the same thing would have happened to Syria, if not for the actions of Russia and Iran.

And Syria isn't?
>Turkey
>Jordan
>Iraq

Just before the Russian swooped in and saved the day, Syria was just baby-steps from collapsing.

twitter.com/IvanSidorenko1/status/748322511067189248

>When Ivan post our memes

LOL ISIS is FINISHED

AYY

Bashar status:
[X] YA
[ ] Nah

>LOL

Syria was meant to collapse 4 years ago.
The territory differences between now and before russian involvement includes only Palmyra and small areas in Latakia and Aleppo.
Russia did save Syria, but the SAA was not collapsing, it was a stalemate with little differences being made over the past years.

Jajajajajajaja

BTFO

>Fallujah

JUST WIPE THAT FUCKING CITY OFF THE MAP REEEEEEE

>NSyA

is this a new meme?

Yes, the New Meme Army founded by US taxes and get BTFO

>New Syrian Army
>NSA
I-i-it's just a coincidence, go- guys!

they had to retreat 60 km into the desert, it won't be falling any time soon lol. heres what happened

they lost their airport that they captured after they were air dropped into nearby hills. they were supposed to secure the airport perimeter and build blockades around the roads to prevent VBIEDs but they saw an opening in the checkpoints on the road to the town so they pushed forward.

long story short, they moved a strike team forward and overextended while the guys back at the base weren't able to set up any meaningful defenses. IS drove a carbomb past the forward team and into the newly captured base, forcing pretty much everyone left alive to retreat

Ivan stalks syrians on facebook and talks to them, reports from there. He's a nobody but he's a pretty cool guy that brings us news we otherwise wouldn't know about.

without the airport, no reinforcements outside of air drops. they had no artillery, no heavy armor. just technicals, light arms and some RPGs really. seems like it was bound to fail the second they couldn't maintain the airport defenses.

Then, why in the fuck they attack a Stronghold if you have nothing to siege the town and a airport? New Meme Army is more retarded than Saudis

You realize that it was the Iraqi air force, right?

>Iraqi
>airforce

>iraqi airforce does the airstrike
>us takes credit of it
this is just fucking sad

The fun part is, the IAF probably used Russian hand-me-downs

i know just look at this video, mi-35 and mi-28 helicopters were mainly used.

twitter.com/IraqiSecurity/status/748262892986843136?lang=en-gb

Iraqi Su-25s are from Russian military stock. Iraq's Mi-35 and Mi-28NE are new builds purchased with mostly American aid I believe.

>Buy Russian weapons
>With American money
>The US has successfully bombed...
kek

Love this vid, thanks.

>tfw you can see an ISIS technical getting away around the 00:10 mark
>tfw you can't do anything about it

Can someone post heroes of justice and right houthi edition

Need me some of those convoy aftermath video. Preferably with some extra crispy daesh.

Danke.

why would nobody be keeping an eye out? It seemed like a good location as long as they used their brains.

Same here

> go to live leak
> click on the link that talks about the ISIS slaughter by the iraqian army near flluejah
> one of the videos talks about hazbolla efforts in iraq
the fuck ?

That's cute.
But I wasn't wrong, friendo. ;^)

poor labelling I guess. Liveleak always has great war footage tho.

>used their brains
Well there's your problem

he posted the shit version
this is the true version

Still doesn't have /sg/ in the top part. Fail.

remove the kurds

...

Either remove the Kurds altogether or split them into different factions. The SDF is pretty cancerous.

The Taliban should be removed altogether. They don't even operate in the Middle East by definition.

Pic unrelated. In the Latakia province don't know when.

Shirqat fucking when?

SDF goes in cancer and YPG goes in heroes, then?

>Iran
>Heroes of Justice
>dude pictured said it's perfectly acceptable to Nuke kaffirs

Please kill yourself.

I would do that. The SDF is nothing but another American proxy force nowadays like the New meme army.

Picture is Russia practicing river crossings, June 2016.

do the Afrin YPG have their own flag. they are the only based kurds

...

I know this is bait, but it makes me puke inside
just so much of it is wrong

meforum.org/441/why-arabs-lose-wars

That article is mandatory reading for why arab armies suck ass at war, its a cultural attitude that they have to organised militaries.

Their militias tend to fight well because they're purely volunteers who come to the defence of their community during times of war and strife, while the professional armies are generally for people to shit to make it as oil princes or are regime cronies (for the officer corp) and the enlisted are conscripts, or, in the case of the republican guards, or government militias, are essentially ethnic militias (like the Baath brigades, 4th mechanised, NDF, Tiger Forces). A really good example of something that is a militia but essentially the best arab military force is Hezbollah which essentially forms a state within a state.

I wrote half a thesis on these arab internal cultural attitudes and how that affects their politics and militaries before being shoved into writing one on Turkish diplomacy (which I'm currently working on another article for)

I never saw them use a different flag but I don't know. One would think they would have a different flag than their Kurdish counterparts.

I can ask someone more knowledgeable on Twitter like @BM-21 or someone of that sort if you want, although it may take some time before I get an answer.

Pic is MiG-31BMs, Jume 2016.

Speaking of which, BM-21 and SyriaWarReports deserve to be added to the approved Twitter list

do you want administrator access?
just make a wordpress.com account and give me your username

If you want to give it, sure I'll do it. I'll have to make an account though.

So you know I am the Colorado poster. I'm here almost as much as you though.

Everyone else who updated it stopped doing it, So i'm the only one who updates it now
I'll let anyone who's not a turk have admin rights

> meforum.org/441/why-arabs-lose-wars

that article is very well written and on point , I remember reading something similar to it , though I can't find it

>I wrote half a thesis on these arab internal cultural attitudes and how that affects their politics and militaries before being shoved into writing one on Turkish diplomacy
which was more interesting to you ?

It wasn't just the SAA though, Iranian-backed Hezbollah was one of the first to jump in to save the SAA. No one came for Gaddafi.

I'll be happy to help out as much as I can then.

My wordpress account: mightycolorado

Not really, at first it seemed really bad, but it turns out like 5 of them died in the raid. Not bad, but they could be better.

Still getting triggered from the previous thread?

I gave up writing my article, desu, senpai, baka.

Makes you wonder why?

sent

Got it. Already updated the Twitter accounts. I'll try to update what I can and I'll do more posting in the future like maybe translating Russian articles or something along those lines.

No one was around for Gaddafi, in Syria, Hezbollah could just drive across the border form Jordan and they were in friendly territory.

No militant organization or Libyan-friendly country was anywhere near Libya.

*Lebannon not Jordan
