When you drink a lot over a number of years it very commonly bloats your face up like that, and can cause redness. I never got too much fatter in the body after drinking so long, just a little, but my face looks totally different. I haven't had any complexion problems yet though really.

I miss when his video output wasn't pathetic, especially when compared to the quality of the material.

It actually lowers your blood pressure when you drink all the time, but your blood pressure can raise dramatically when you dry out and be dangerous for you.
