AUSTRIA ELECTION FRAUD UPDATE

wondered what happened to the trial about the presidential election fraud?

constitutional court will publish its proclamation tomorrow at 12:00 MET

it will (very) probably rule for a repetition of the election

LET THE FIRE RISE

Does that mean the Antifa vote counters get to sit in a cell soon?

HOFER NEW PRESIDENT

KEK WILLS IT. ÖSTERREICH IS SAVED.

ITS HAPPENING

>ron paul.jpg

Translation?

one of the judges cited a similar case in 1927 when Kelsen (the judge who practically designed our consitution) ruled in a similar case for a repetition.

the reason for the judgment was that the constitutional court doesn't need actual evidence for election fraud. the breaking of laws preventing election fraud and thus making the fraud possible is enough.

basically what i wrote in the OP and in the post next to you

a constitutional lawyer in an interview on our public news show is also cited

>highly probable

this was a troll twitter account, faggot

Kek wills it

Makes hofer more likely. I hope.

stockimage grandpa is Indian?

>(very) probably

LOL
We'll see but don't be too butthurt if nothing happens, ok?

scale of 1 to 10 how big are the odds?

one of the judges cited a similar case ruled by Kelsen
most of the suspicions turned out to be true
the last hearing was yesterday and they would have time until next week

He originally lost by a very small margin, but it may have been stacked against him.

From Wikijew
>The Kronen Zeitung reported of some election irregularities such as a 146.9% turnout in Waidhofen an der Ybbs and another impossible result in Linz.[73] According to the head of the Interior Ministry's election department, Robert Stein, the results (which were simply a reporting error) will be corrected in the official results.[73] FPÖ officials highlighted the discrepancies, but Hofer dismissed that there had been electoral fraud.[74]

>On 8 June, the FPÖ announced that they will contest the outcome at the Constitutional Court. Between 20-23 June, the Constitutional Court questioned some 90 witnesses, mostly election officials from district election commissions.[75] A ruling by the Constitutional Court is expected before 8 July, determining if a repeat vote is to be organized in certain regions

For Ameritards and Canidumbs, Hofer is like Austrian Trump, and narrowly lost with like 49.3% of the vote.

>it will (very) probably rule for a repetition of the election
can't wait to read all that left asshurt in the standard comment section

>Pernille Vermund
Problem is her party is incredibly tiny, albeit from what I can tell better than DPP.

It's funking happening!

>Kurwin Mikkjew
>relevant ever
Kek

What about the EU's vow to do everything in their power to keep the far right from getting into political office?

afaik this is about creating laws to politically isolate non-kuked countries

thats aight.

The bitter leftist tears tomorrow will be delicious. Unfortunately, I really don't think Hofer is going to win this. If anything, he'll do worse than the first time because people are going to think he's a sore loser. Happy to be proven wrong though. I'm still voting Hofer of course.

...

...

...

Any chance of Austria leaving the EU, or at least making motions too if the vote switches?

Nothing will happen.

Do you think the supreme court would risk a "brexit-esque" situation where Hofer could get elected?

Not gonna happen.

It basically says:

Some votes by letter where counted too early (one day) and not all members were present at other counts.

This gives the possibility for vote fraud.

94 of 117 districts are affected.

>no Bolsonaro
Truly disappointed at you, toothpaste.

>the supreme court would risk
they don't care for politics

the purpose of their job is to interpret the constitution to the letter

there have been proven irregularities and the best case scenario for vdB is a repetition in the affected districts - which is highly unlikely since the result of the other districts is already known.

deal with it

Pretty much this.

The EU are going to be far more concerned with potentially losing another member state rather than letting a democratic election to take place.

Meanwhile in the EUvory Tower
Transgender Princess Junker has a Niggermoment and tries to force CETA over us without asking National Parlaments.

protest from Austria, Germany, France and Luxembourg

>Do you think the supreme court would risk a "brexit-esque" situation where Hofer could get elected?
Hofer as president wouldn't actually have any real consequences, unlike a brexit

>making motions too
there would have to be new elections but Hofer already called for a referendum within 1 year if there aren't serious reforms in the EU

nice

Is the EU superstate serious enough?

But the president has no power to start a referendum, only the nationalrat can.

he meant reforms to de-centralize the EU

Save Austria. You might get a second chance. Don't waste it.

which is why there have to be new-elections first

I know, but with the threat of a superstate everything is at risk.

Tony Abbott will never be PM again

Everyone hated him because he was too conservative and openly religious. This was considered a negative enough thing to see him overthrown

Oh shit, imagine how butthurt the Remain faggots will be if a shitlord Austrian gets a redo but they don't!

>BRexist causes massive panic across Europe
>everyone leaves except Germany and Austria
>Germany and Austria anschluss together to create EU superstate

How many baguettes from now?

>fingers crossed
Heil Hofer

>Courts don't care for politics
How cute lol

11:30 omelettes du fromage from now

...

...

>it will (very) probably rule for a repetition of the election

I want to believe but where did you get that assessment?

> ITS HAPPENING
NOW

Let's see how it turns out tomorrow. Reelections won't happen until fall. A lot can happen during this summer.

No, you've just been blue pilled abd bought the Leftist narrative. Tony defeated 3 successsive Labor leaders, won an election if the Australian people, and drew another, and never lost an election of the people.

Getting sabotaged by Left wing traitors and literal fags inside your own party is not a legitimate defeat or rejection by the people.

Seselj Hague spy confirmed.

So will the whole thing be repeated or just the second round?
Will Australia finally be great again?
