Are the Browns undeniable proof that the draft system doesn't work and we need relegation?
Think about it. The owners would not like it in the long run but it would grow the sport and make it even bigger with more teams on a local level and the owners could own many of the lower teams
Carter Hughes
American sports owners hate competition. They are corportists pire and simple. They give a shit about fans. Only care about their money.
Colton Ramirez
If the fans stopped going and stopped supporting such a shit team, they'd get their shit together. Instead, America breeds this dumbfuck "LE HOME TEEM" mentality, that no matter how much an organization doesn't care about winning, dumb fucking sheep will still cheer for a god awful embarrassment because LE HOME TEEM!!
Alexander Robinson
Why would people in Clevland care about the Browns when they have Ohio State Buckeyes?
Matthew Brown
Except that Tribalism mindset is accepted around the world
Angel Carter
>wanting everyone to be a bandwagon cuck and support only winners

I don't think that there are enough teams to justify a tier system in the US, even if I'd like one.
The English league isn't just two tiers. It's home to about two hundred teams that can call themselves full-timers. Almost every county has at least a semi-Pro team they can call their own. For this kind of system to work, you'd to have the volume in such a abundance that you can't wholly justify having 1 single league or even 2. It won't work.
Nathan Wilson
Believe it or not we have a semi-pro league
Nathaniel Diaz
Do you have enough teams around the USA to justify at least a 4-tier promotion/relegation system?
At least 20/20/20/20.
Zachary Kelly
>Alabama gets promoted to the NFL >Cleveland and Indianapolis get demoted to FCS
Luis Turner
>watching kneelball Hello cuck
Caleb Watson
You pretty much either support your home team, support the team that your parents raised you to like, or support the team that got you to like the sport to begin with. Encouraging bandwagon cucks is reddit tier behavior.
Matthew Smith
That's because it'd only work for European pyramid leagues and American leagues aren't structured that way. Not to mention if you use lower leagues as an excuse for pro-rel, teams are tied to parent clubs and the idea of switching positions between larger and smaller market is simply suicide for said league's revenue.
Andrew Robinson
Enjoy having teams like the Browns then, retards.
Lucas Moore
>uses cuck >defends college football Now how did I know you’re a hick from the south who didn’t graduate college?
Liam White
Great rebuttal. Remember you must be 18 years or older to post here.
Lucas Jackson
kys you disloyal fag. there's a special place in hell for people like you
Grayson White
I'm the only one that actually provided reasoning for the Browns existing. You morons just got asshurt about it. And rather than retort it was just BUH DUH BANDWAGONERZ.
Enjoy teams like the Browns, idiot.
Jackson Garcia
I do enjoy teams like the Browns. I'm an Eagles fan. People need to realize if you have an inept front office and owner then they should be exploited by the teams with better fanbases
Robert James
Never was asshurt, you're just an edgelord on their period.
Lucas Stewart
Just saw all this in /nfl/. Made me lol. > good boy.
Logan Adams
>Are the Browns undeniable proof that the draft system doesn't work and we need relegation?
They were in positions to draft Wentz and Watson. How much better could it possibly need to work?
Ryan Wilson
Wanting a team that isn't an embarrassment isn't the same as bandwagoning. Te Eagles have no Super Bowls either, but at least draft talented players and fight for playoff appearances.
Oliver Perez
Isn't the point of capitalism to kill off teams like the Browns?
Alexander Torres
if they're not making money then yes. but they're still making money so they won't die
