/180/: LADBROKES WORLD SERIES OF DARTS FINALS DAY 3

The final day of World Series of Darts Finals action from the Braehead Arena in Glasgow sees six of the WSoD seeds, 2017's breakthrough player and the performer of the tournament compete for the title.

Starting the quarter-finals are bipolar disorder's James Wade and Belgian kid Dimitri Van den Bergh. The Dream Maker produced his greatest ever performance in dumping out Raymond van Barneveld last night, and a repeat of anything close to that will surely eliminate Wade, who struggled against Simon Stevenson.

Gary Anderson and Gerwyn Price are up next in their first TV meeting. Gando was not pushed by Chris Dobey whatsoever in a near-walkover of Hollywood, while the Iceman was involved in a blustering bravado battle with Aussie bogan Corey Cadby that went to a deciding leg.

A repeat of last Sunday's European Championship final follows with Michael van Gerwen playing Rob Cross. MVG wasn't pushed by Max Hopp whatsoever with Voltage having to fight off a Kyle Anderson fightback. This is the first meeting between the two in 4 games that hasn't been a final - which just shows the Kent ex-electrician's darting progression - and Cross won that one back in September.

Ending the last 8 are Daryl Gurney and Peter Wright. Neither man was particularly pushed in their last 16 games against Simon Whitlock and Justin Pipe respectively, but the Clown will have to hope Superchin's finishing is off otherwise a repeat of last week's Euros QF beckons.

Coverage starts at 12:45pm UK time on ITV4, with the evening session from 7:00pm on the same channel.

Just found this rather emotional video with Kyle Anderson: twitter.com/OfficialPDC/status/926934812488798208

Incredible the sacrifices he's made to play full-time.

Ha ha, time for /180/.

Seems that Gando and Cross are the only ones who can save us. I don't think Wade or van den Bergh can pull it off, and the rest are just the usual pricks.

Too bad Cross already has to play against MVG.

Right in the feels

And we're on now.

Cadby killed any chance of popularity with the shit last night.

Lets gooo

>2 out of the 3 people that voted
top lel

He's a heel, he'll be fine.

Hopefully Dimi surpasses Waffleboy at some point in the future.

>shaking the walk-on girl's hand

>no day session yesterday
>day session today when city v Arsenal and Utd v Chelsea is on

Literally why?

>the city of scheduling

>ITV

This, and he should change his nick at some point. Dream Maker is not fitting for a grown-up imo. Or is it some inside joke I'm not getting?

No surprise if Wade gets thumped here.

Checked

>Wade attempting tops tops for his first shot at a double
Head in the shed.

>T20 T19 T18
lel

Should think of a nickname someone hasn't used yet like King or something

>King

>Dimitri "Dancing Queen" v/d Bergh

...

>le 100 to 122 checkout man

Same as last night, all of vdb' good throws are coming at the start of legs. Struggling to find trebles towards the end of them

DAT BULL 122

The long distance won't help either.

THE ABSOLUTE MEDSMAN!

kek

>100-122 finish man

>le 100 to 120 checkout man

Big D20 for le never average 100 at the Worlds man.

Wade getting dominated most of the match but still bringing it home in typical wade fashion.

This is Classic Wade.

DAT CLUTCH D3

Is Wade the most /fa/ player?

Wade is so boring to watch. Every match is a 90-average grind fest

Anderson, m8.

fair play to van den bergh wearing the men united badge

THAT 148 WITH DVDB ON 56

OW OW OW

DAT 148

DAT 148 MENSUR FINISH!

DAT 148

how many arrows can you miss at the outer ring before getting destroyed by wade?

First major semi final in a year or so

>17.65 % on the checkouts
GJGE Dimitri

If Dimitri had gone for tops on 106 at 3-0 up, he would have won that.

Incidentally, that defeat means the automatic Grand Slam qualifiers have been confirmed.

Time to put a cheeky fiver on meneer van Peer

>this Wade interview

Thanks for the information.

Time to put all your money on Rob Cross!

>this huge booing for Roidlet

G A N D O

youtube.com/watch?v=fmKdbSlcsXU

how did cadby get in? thought he only played down under

World Youth Championship last year.

Same reason Peer got in.

ah right

DAT 104

What is wrong with Gandos face? Is he trying to grow a moustache, or just too lazy to shave?

DAT 104 - too lazy to shave, but not too lazy to break.

lel that shushing

>missing big 1
>counting man

he's growing a nonce goatee

>4-1
Gando, what are you doing

It's far too easy for other players to affect Gary's game. His biggest weakness by far

Best evidenced by his matches against Mensur.

He can't play someone if they don't play like he does: fast and quiet.

>Taylor whining about players acting like clowns

Gando in the zone now.

Gando on fire is just great to watch.

>study the shit

If only he could this all the time.

Tight match

WHIT A WAN SIX SEVEN

...

THAT FUCKING 167

True. Although in this case it's even more funny to let Price believe he could actually win.

DAT 167

ROIDLET ON SUICIDE WATCH

That 167 was so powerful, it made my stream stop.

Based Roidlet makes this entertaining.

>Gando trying a golf swing
I think he's bored.

Someone pls gif that Anderson reaction

Maths man is back

WHEN WILL THEY LEARN

>177 left
>hits T19
>stays on 19s
That was silly.

Anyway watching that Champion of Champions tournament?

>theme song is jump
>aye we don't jump about laddie

The games last week should have prepared Cross well for this one.

That was a perfect Shanghai on 20s.

DAT 120

Classic van Gerwen to break.

Cross not out of it yet though.

>break
its ogre

Is Rob Cross MVG's long lost twin?

Has it boarded?

MvG - autism and paint = Rob Cross.

>van autism

>that obvious slipped dart that ended up in 13

Huge break.

#pray4cross

...

AUTISMPREVAILSLOL

Peter pooping his panties after this performance

He might even send Supercunt to play in his place.

>miss most of the match
>check out the score and averages
>10- 4 and 108 average for MVG

Completely dominated him from 3-2.

Real shame for Cross because he just couldn't cope.

>still doing the dayglo meme

>Jacqui thinking there can be a MVG-Wright final
dumb broad

>Clownman

>Gurney
