El proposito de esas recetas era originalmente el literalmente aguantar el viaje de Europa a Asia via maritima, la calidad y el sabor venían en segundo termino para la época. Es basicamente un gimmick de venta que evoca una epoca romantica y se ha abusado a extremos ridiculos.
La cerveza es una cosa de contexto y andar con pedanterias para el consumo diario es una chingadera. Lo que tienen las cervezas Mexicanas es que para productos industriales son de muy buena calidad y aguantan bien para el tomador fuerte. Los craft beers y las especializadas son para tomarse dos y punto, luego te saben a nada.
Si crees saber de cervezas y no sabes contextualizar solo te estas haciendo pendejo.
