Andrei Chikatilo

Ed Gein played by Jackie Earle Haley

>The Shankill Butchers was an Ulster loyalist gang—many of whom were members of the Ulster Volunteer Force (UVF)—that was active between 1975 and 1982 in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

>It was based in the Shankill area and was responsible for the deaths of at least 23 people, most of whom were killed in sectarian attacks. The gang was notorious for kidnapping and murdering random Catholic and suspected Catholic civilians; each was beaten ferociously and had his throat hacked with a butcher's knife. Some were also tortured and attacked with a hatchet. The gang also killed six Ulster Protestants over personal disputes, and two other Protestants mistaken for Catholics.

>Most of the gang were eventually caught and, in February 1979, received the longest combined prison sentences in United Kingdom legal history. However, gang leader Lenny Murphy and his two chief "lieutenants" escaped prosecution. Murphy was killed in November 1982 by the Provisional IRA

There's already a movie about Ed Gein. It's called Derranged

In September 1978, Chikatilo moved to Shakhty, a coal mining town near Rostov-on-Don, where he committed his first documented murder. On 22 December, Chikatilo lured a 9-year-old girl named Yelena Zakotnova to an old house which he had secretly purchased; he attempted to rape her but failed to achieve an erection. When the girl struggled, he choked her and stabbed her three times in the abdomen, ejaculating while stabbing the child. In an interview after his arrest, Chikatilo later recalled that after stabbing Yelena, the girl had "said something very hoarsely", whereupon he strangled her into unconsciousness before throwing her body into the nearby Grushevka River. Her body was found two days later.

>kill two people
>serial killer

Both of them had decent movies.

He even managed to blow someone's head off using a telephone receiver whilst locked inside his cell while on death row the ABSOLUTE MADMAN

>implying he didn't kill his brother

Leonard Lake and Charles Ng

He killed 10.

i think your dog has autism

That guy has one of the best real life serial killer movies of all time.

He was a nonce that killed a bunch of kids with two kids that he knew called David Brooks and Elmer Wayne Henley. Just the ending of his life though is definitely movie-worthy:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dean_Corll#August_8.2C_1973

>This
So disturbing!

He killed two women and possibly his brother. He did rob a lot of graves tho.

They didnt even have high scores

Is it even possible to make a movie about him? With all the disturbing fucked up shit he did in real life, can it be shown in movie?

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_serial_killers_by_number_of_victims

...

Ng put a baby's head between his legs, grabbed the baby by the feet and twisted the body until it was dead. I think he fried it too.

Grace Budd letter. Fish was fucked up.

There already is an Albert Fish movie. It's not as fucked up as it should have been, but also not as bad as it could have been.

Anybody hyped for Scorsese's H.H. Holmes movie?

>It's an Albert shoves dozens of needles up his crotch and legs episode

I think your eyes have dog

>hey, what's that over there?

That movie was pure kekino.

this .gif seems weirdly sinister for the time period

what movie is this?

Bundy.
He dressed like a pastor, picked up a hitch hiker, distracted her and smashed her with a crowbar.

youtu.be/uOUHM_qAcEI

Here's the entire movie. It's great.

Thanks.

Not a serial killer, but when are we going to get a biopic on old Jimmy? Will it be about 10 or 20 years when it's no longer "too soon"?

who should play him?

Idris Elba

Citizen X

A Zodiac (movie) type movie about the smiley face murders would be good.

serial killers aren't interesting

Bundy was the only one worth a biopic because he completely goes against type

>Keyes traveled throughout the country looking for victims and setting up “kill kits”, buried caches of money, weapons and tools needed to kill and dispose of the victims’ bodies. His trips were not financed with money from his construction business, a money-flow that could be tracked, but from money he obtained from robbing banks. It is believed Keyes may have robbed up to three-dozen banks throughout the country during his decades-long murder spree.
>According to Keyes, his usual routine would be to fly to some area of the country, rent a vehicle, and then drive thousands of miles to find victims (investigators have proven that Keyes traveled to Canada often, to Mexico in 2007 and 2008, and to Belize in 2005). Keyes said he often found his victims in campgrounds, parks, rural unpopulated areas and even cemeteries. While in the area of the murder, Keyes would turn off his mobile cell phone and paid for all items with cash. His victims were always random, differing in sex, age, and appearance.
>Kill kit left behind by serial killer Israel KeyesBefore committing a murder, Keyes would set up and bury murder kits near the targeted area – stashing items like shovels, plastic bags, fasteners, photography equipment, flashlights, money, weapons, weapon parts, gun silencers, ammunition and bottles of Drano; items he would use to dispose of the bodies. Sometimes these kits would remain hidden for several years before they were used in a murder. His murders kits have been found in Alaska and New York, but he admitted to having others in Washington, Wyoming, Texas, and Arizona. After Keyes murdered a victim, he left the area immediately and moved the victim’s body across state lines for disposal.

Let Norm Macdonald write, direct and above all narrate it.

This guy was a real jerk!

What? Tons of serial killers appeared to be normies, BTK, Gacy, even the green river killer had a family.

would watch 10/10. this sounds like it would make a great movie or a miniseries

bill nighy would be perfect and i believe he could pull it off...

they're all boring dullards though

Who'd play young Jimmy?

Herbert Mullin

Dude trips me out. He believed he needed to kill to stave off the apocalypse or some shit. Eventually, he started to believe that his hallucinations were caused by drug use, so he finds the house of the kid who sold him drugs in school years before, but he doesn't live there. The current resident tells him where the guy lives so he goes and finds him, murdering him and his wife. All because he sold him some weed in school.

Would Sup Forums consider Josef Mengele a serial killer?

Boys from Brazil, it's been done

documentaries have such little information in them about how serial killers carry out their murders. Is their some reliable site that provides detailed descriptions?

Who's the Aussie nonce who got caught in a country in Asia (I forget which) and was so bad with his raping and killing of kids that they're trying to bring back the death penalty to kill him? I don't know if a biopic on him would be any good but I can't remember who he is and this seems as good of a place as any to ask.

taig

You can try listening to some podcasts. I'd recommend Last Podcast On The Left.

Serial killer movies don't have a big narrative arc. Weirdo acts weird, kills a few people, gets arrested/dies. Eventually you get tired of the gross atmosphere.

Murderpedia's pretty good. Doesn't give the most detailed analysis on the murderers but gives an accurate and factual rundown on a lot of them.

...

larry david

So buttery. Mmmmm.

most people can't relate to stone-cold sociopaths. That's why you need to tell the story from an investigator's perspective otherwise you're just watching some weirdo repeat the same actions again and again.

wikipedia

you sick fuck

james mcavoy maybe? he has this creepy intensity needed to play someone like savile...

this actually could be a good casting choice

a slow-burn character study like Taxi Driver would work, though of course they don't let movies like that be made anymore

youtube.com/watch?v=T1rOW_zD1lo

Harold Shipman has 218 proven victims and isnt even on the list.

H H Holmes

He is, but he's in a different list for medical professionals on that list

youtube.com/watch?v=YBBDB6zAtxo

dont laugh at this next bit

NEED a Susan Atkins biopic

In /lit/ form, yeah.

Ron Swanson was a serial killer?

He was in one, it's called Citizen X.

it was basically true detective IRL

>en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marc_Dutroux

im surprised nobody has done a legitimate manson murders movie. there have been several good documentaries though.

They are probably waiting for Charlie to die. Then they can milk it without stoking his celebrity any further.

this shit is why you can never write off Pizzagate as not being real

Bittaker & Norris

>tfw watching them create the tape

alot of these have movies out, but theyre poor made for tv movies. Its weird that there hasnt been any big bidget movies for people like Dahmer, Bundy, anthony Desalvo, or dennis raydar yet with most of them being house hold names

this is what im talking about. Hyped as fuck and heres to the hope then it sparks serial killer/true crime kino in the wake of found footage and capeshit. Marty already loves mob movies

>

awesome thread in /x/ that ive been following for a few days

>Bittaker: You want to make me cum huh? You want to make me cum huh?
>Bittaker: Huh? Want to make me cum girl, huh?
>Ledford: Oh yes (Scream)
>Bittaker: Yes what?
>Ledford: I want you to cum. Cum. (Scream). Come on.

>Shirley Ledford then screams in agony as Bittaker inserts the pliers inside her vagina and twists them, tearing her.

>Bittaker: Stop screaming at me, come on talk to me!
>Ledford: Cum, cum, cum. Please cum, cum, cum, cum.
>Bittaker: Where do you want me to cum, baby?
>Ledford: I want you to cum.

>Bittaker: Cum where? Where do you want me to cum?
>Ledford: In me.
>Bittaker: Where?
>Ledford: Cum.
>Bittaker: Where?
>Ledford: All over. All over.
>Ledford: (Scream). No, no, no, no, no, no. (Scream)
>Bittaker: Is the recorder going?
>Norris: What?
>Bittaker: Is the recorder going?
>Norris: (Emphasis) Yeah!
>Ledford: Oh no, no, no! Oh no! (Sobbing sounds)

>A sharp, shrill scream, followed by wailing sounds follow. It is believed to be at this point when Bittaker, having already sodomized Shirley, inserted the pliers into her rectum and twisted them, tearing her and splitting the lining inside her rectum

Can anyone tell me which Elizabeth Bathory films are any good, if any? She's interesting and pretty fertile ground for some good old fashioned horror and especially vampire shenanigans without being entirely ahistorical, so I'd imagine, as the horror elements are already there, the filmmakers wouldn't feel the need to add ridiculous things like most 'based on a true story' horror films.
I wouldn't be surprised if they did anyway and there were no good ones though.
