>We took Monte Cassino!
Ehh, they sort of did, or at least were the army that had the most casualties in the battle for providing most of the first line troops and disruptors

Which one is not true?

>We took Monte Cassino!
They did. The Allies used Polish soldiers as cannon fodder because they wanted to avoid own casualties.

sounds about right to me

pathetic desu

>in spite of the Western Allies joining the war
>joining the war
I suppose we and the Allies had very different ideas of what "joining" means

>when western allies ask the Poles before the Munich agreement whether they would help them defend the Czechs from Hitler Poland said NO
>Poland participates in the Munich agreement and annexes part of Czechoslovakia together with Hitler
>when their turn comes they cry about Western betrayal even though the West literally started another world war for them

No they didn't. Poles were one among many nations at Monte Cassino and not the most numerous.

>be France
>be afraid of Germans after you humiliated them with draconic reparations
>have Germany surrounded by allied countries
>Hitler wants the best defended bits of Czechoslovakia
>sure, we don't want war
>Hitler attacks Poland
>ok, we declare war but won't do anything to help Poland
>Hitler goes through Belgium, bypassing the Maginot line
>welp, better give up, no reason to fight in our beautiful cities

>be French
>btfo the eternal german in ww1
>ameribear comes up
>"hol up we wuz negotiator and sheit, germany dindu nuffin"
>germany gets a slap on the wrist
>20 years later
>"gee, why don't France take down germany"

lmao Poles have always been gibs nation.

Entertaining propaganda

>slap on the wrist
>finished paying that slap on the wrist only recently
>20 years later
>France, why won't you protect your allies with whom you can easily defeat Germany?
>nah, mate, I don't feel like warring right nao, maybe a year later, okay?

kys germanboo

Yes, they were one among many nations. But the Allied commanders always sent them as the first wave into German mortar and machinegun fire, which means that they were usually wiped out. It makes sense from a British or American point of view, after all why would you send your own soldiers to a certain death? Better send a bunch of foreigners instead and then follow up on their attack.

I hate Germans. I just hate Frenchies more.

>USA push for muh country for muh people
>claim if germany starts shit they will come
>don't
>it's France fault for not getting back on their feet to destroy germany which would have been destroyed if the french plan was applied

>>USA push for muh country for muh people
Nigger what?

It is France's fault for abandoning their allies for nothing

Well, it's propaganda, so obviously it's a bit edgified and exaggerated, but at least they didn't make shit up.
And the 303 Squadron was honestly pretty badass.
>en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No._303_Polish_Fighter_Squadron
>It was not just the highest scoring of the Hurricane squadrons during the Battle of Britain, but it had the highest ratio of enemy aircraft destroyed to their own lost (safest).[1][2][3]
>en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Monte_Cassino#Battle_honours

>Who is Woodrow Wilson ?

>Poland won both he Battle of Britain and conquered Italy
Did Poland do the D-Day landings as well?

>Poles take land from Lithuania
>Poles take land from Belarus
>Poles take land from Czechoslovakia
>Poles take land from Ukraine
>"POLSKA DIN DU NUFFINS!"
The absolute state of Poles.

Not like the other Allied nations didn't sustain heavy casualties, too. Overall, there were some 4,000 Polish casualties at Monte Cassino, out of several tens of thousands total Allied casualties.

well the problem with the allies was that they considered USSR an ally, even though USSR invaded Poland in 1939.

Well Poland is now ruled by a rogue national socialist government who took extra power in a self-coup after the landslide election, so go figure. It's the first time after 1989 that a single party (PiS) has the majority in the Sejm, earlier it was always at least two in a coalition, and they sort of controlled each other. Well, PiS lost power earlier in 2007 because their coalitional partners left, but now they rule by themselves and all bets are off. They completely seized the national television network, which is now filled with pure propaganda. They took larger control of the courts of law. They disrespect the constitution. Fuck, they just now passed a bill honoring the members of the NSZ, some of whom have actually collaborated with the Nazis. And most opposition MPs supported this.

Not only that, Poland also has S-P-A-C-E

That was corny as fuck, but also kinda badass.
Not like it will convince anyone dead set on mocking Poland because of memes anyway.

Although it is a shame if IPN turns from study of history into a propaganda institution.

Why is Poland so strong?

>We took Monte Cassino!
They did.
>We cracked Enigma!
And they also did this one, the Germans changed it later, though.

>only recently
yeah, because they stopped paying half way to fund remilitarisation instead, while the so-called allies pushed for appeasement everytime

You broke my robot.

That was some enjoyable animation.
Bravo Polan for shitting on smug westerners.

Polish gov is shit

>They disrespect the constitution.
That would mean something if we were in the USA or some other country with a proper constitution, but our constitution is an utter clusterfuck shoddily written down by that fat commie troll Kalisz in 1997. It's worthless.

Not won, but contributed quite a lot. We're very underrepresented in WW2 popular history, so it's a good thing they mentioned that.
I mean an average New Worlder probably knows Poland as "that one cunt with death camps that got invaded first".

Most countries have only repaid war debts recently. The Germans did because they just stopped bothering to pay at all pretty early on, even with the reduced conditions.

Poland, imma let you finish but our flying aces literally blew out the entire world in WW2.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_World_War_II_flying_aces

>We took Monte Cassino!

The Polish Corporal Wojtek the bear fought with the 22nd Artillery Supply Company. During the Battle of Monte Cassino, in Italy in 1944, Wojtek helped move crates of ammunition

Germany, imma let you finish but our flying aces literally blew out the entire world in WW1.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_World_War_I_aces_credited_with_20_or_more_victories

Impressive, but then how did lose the Battle of Britain?

War ended: 1945
Last denbts paid: 2010

That's 65 years.

>Allies pushed for appeasement everytime

I distinctly remember a certain country occupying Rhineland until they get their gibs. I mean, tough luck, you didn't get to disassemble Germany and destroy their economy forever but that's still no reason to just willy nilly abandon allies to them.

welp, sadly you're right

>top ace is German

well we won war so

WE

oh fuck off, western allies didnt even give shit for a few days after us getting attacked by nazis

>get conquered by both sides and lose your independence after
>won the war

Even finns don't claim to have won the war, and we even managed to keep our independence.

>we
>won
>war
This is better than >H >R >E

Your system was even more dysfunctional....

actually no one here claims we won the war its some shameless propaganda probably, didnt watch though since animation looks tacky

>Daily reminder that Polish soldiers literally helped Russians conquer Poland and gang rape polish girls just like they did in Germany while Poles sat there and let it happen
>b-but at least they aren't nazis!

>western allies
>defending Czechs
Come on, they were doing anything Hitler wanted to avoid starting a war.
Poland took a tiny bit of land that was filled with Poles.

>gang rape polish girls just like they did in Germany while Poles sat there and let it happen
never happened

Hmm

you are just jealous that we Poles are Poles and you not and never be!

Thanks Allah Almighty that we're not and never will be.

japa koniu

>On 22 May, Juliusz Łukasiewicz, the Polish ambassador to France, told the French Foreign Minister Georges Bonnet that if France moved against Germany in defense of Czechoslovakia: "We shall not move."
>Łukasiewicz also told Bonnet that Poland would oppose any attempt by Soviet forces to defend Czechoslovakia from Germany.
>Daladier told Jakob Surits, the Soviet ambassador to France: "Not only can we not count on Polish support but we have no faith that Poland will not strike us in the back."[8]

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Munich_Agreement#Sudeten_crisis

WTF I hate poland now

That's really corny, but kinda well made
If I was a murrican with Polish ancestry and no idea about history, this video would make me proud to be Pole

Well said my fellow world war II winning country.

You guys at least have humour, the Bongs pretend as if they would have won the whole thing on their own.

>My Grandfather spent the war in Canada as the Britts expected to be invaded and didnt want to allow pows to be freed in case if being conquered.

But we had more freedums and flashier fashion

>We cracked Enigma!
That's true though, French spies, Marian Rejewski, and Alan Turing were all critical elements in breaking Enigma

>We cracked Enigma It is true you fucking retard
pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enigma#Polskie_prace_nad_z.C5.82amaniem_szyfru_Enigmy
>We crushed German resistance Read about battle of Westerplatte if you are able to

>"We were left on our own!" France and UK declared war against Germany but didn't do shit

kys

Ah another fellow winner, how is life treating you my old winner friend?

Thank god

what is the problem here?
>state propaganda
kill yourself

Why does this Polish man sound English?

>We took Monte Cassino!
Germans retreat for the fortified defenses in the goth line after this battle (ailed troops lose way more man than Germans).
Americans fearing a defeat, send Brazilians to make them waste bullets.
After some time 2 German division and 2 Italian division surrender to the Brazilian forces.

Do we brag about this? Nop. Very few people actually know that after this battle, the entire Italy surrender. And even fewer people know that Brazil was the first country to ever capture a entire German division.
Also, we save the lives of thousands of Germans and Italians because we give them time to flew (15k was only the number of soldiers that surrender, the number of people who flee was way bigger than that.)

ja pierdole :DDD

>And even fewer people know that Brazil was the first country to ever capture a entire German division.

HUE'd

>financially and politically enslaved to the USSR for nearly a century
>keep our independence
Huutis'd

Seriously, I met people on Sup Forums that did not even know that Brazil take part in WWII.

Still better than the poles did.

biggest meme of a country there is. the only reason poland exists is because the anglos wanted to annoy germany

>otto
>mario
lol

Well yeah.

What?

>Danzig or kys

Easiest choice of my life.

Both where extremely experienced soldiers.

I mean, really, really experienced...

Herro!

>we
>implying poland is a victory power
kek

bullshit: the post

I agree, they should've hired this guy.
It's not like a thick accent would be out of place in this case.

>istanbul under nazi occupation

can poles do anything right?

>le ebin partisans were civillians meme
When will this shit ever stop? Also why is the battle of Battle of Arnhem in the video? Also where are the cool CGI propaganda movies about my country?

Czechoslovakia had treaty with France, not with the UK or US. Blaming anyone else but France for Munich would be wrong. French government didn't honour its word.

you shot first ja!!1!

>western allies joining
Haha. On paper.

By the way, how do modern poles feel about several cases of AK negotiating or cooperating with nazis?
About Government leaving the country even though it was resisting germans for some more time?

>Do we brag about this?
Actually, I've seen Brazilians bragging about it on this board. I read once that "Geramany surrendered seeing how they were fighting against giants like USSR, America and Brazil"

>btfo the eternal german in ww1
lol

wew. what a relief.

Thanks for the link

Based Poland

Poland Will Rise

Better to watch it here instead:

>By the way, how do modern poles feel about several cases of AK negotiating or cooperating with nazis?
Same as folksdojcze, traitors deserving a martial court
>About Government leaving the country even though it was resisting germans for some more time?
Shit got dangerous so they had to move and operate from abroad, nothing weird about that.
