WW2 was a German Civil war between Germanic National Socialism and Germanic Capitalism. America is a German nation, more German than Germany even.

>tfw Germanics dominate literally everything
Feels good to be in the master race
The Reconquista was a Germanic civil war between the Wisigothic who choosed the path of Islam and the Caliphate to keep powers and the Wisigothic who remained christians and wanted a Catholic Christian kingdom like before the start of the civil war but without heretics of Arianism.
>tfw when from new york
LMAO, weak Germans getting replaced by Mexicans inch by inch.
Germany ancestry in America is hilariously over-reported. And even your map is inaccurate, because with those ridiculous self report there are 40 million "Germans" in the US, less than 12% of the total population.
>Be John Jacob Williams II
>Whole family is from England
>Except for great-grandpa Hans from Germany
>SO YOU BE SAYING WE WUZ KAISERS N SHEEIT
1980: 50 million Americans claimed English ancestry, 20 million claimed German
2000: 40 million Americans claimed German ancestry, 25 million claimed English
I guess there was some massive anglo genocide and german population explosion that we all missed in those 20 years
stop it!
it's more briton than german. people just don't admit to english or british ancestry. if you add irish, scottish and english up, it's more than german. anyways it doesn't matter because all of these populations literally fall on top of eachother. the british isles and germany are super close genetically
Depends on the region. My dad's family is from Wisconsin. They all have German surnames (Schulz, Kaufmann, Mohr, etc.). We even have records showing that they all came here after 1900 and we even had relatives on both sides of WWII. Hell, his parents spoke German with each other when they didn't want their kids to hear even though they were raised in Wisconsin.
Outside of places like Wisconsin or North Dakota it's probably more of a meme though.
