"Gender" is your "mental sex". It's the way you dress, talk, act, etc., whether masculine or feminine. No one really cares about "gender" because it really only determines spending habits.
"Sex" is your "physical sex", it's those fleshy bits between your legs that you were BORN with. This is what makes someone a man or a woman, and provides them with their gender.

The thing is- this used to be a PROBLEM. These victims realized that there was a serious discrepancy, and sought psychological HELP.
